Lovely tour and tasting - Very nice tour of the vineyards and enjoyable tasting on their patio. One of the family members gave us the tour and was very knowledgeable about the history of the property and their wine making processes. We enjoyed a lovely spread with the tasting.

Wonderful experience - It was a very hot day, but we had a wonderful experience in the winery garden. Manila gave us a detailed and passionate explanation of the winemaking process at this small but traditional winery. I will never forget the stately depth of the Chianti Classico Riserva and the amber roundness of the Monteficalle IGT. I would like to visit again someday.

Beautiful Montefioralle - The Montefioralle Winery is a beautiful located small winery in the hills of the area Montefioralle. We first did a tour of the small winery that only produces 15.000 bottles per year, where we saw the fields and the production facility. We then tasted 4 wines together with local food, which all were of high quality. If you are a novice and winelover this is a fine place to start. If you have greater experince in tastings, then maybe this winery is a bit to basic for you.

Perfetto - Delicious wine and stunning setting near Greve in Chianti. Charming in every way, with Lorenzo, the owner who is so knowledgeable and happy to answer our many questions. It was a great experience- the vineyard and surrounding countryside is stunning. Delicious homemade snacks paired with Chianti Classico Riserva vertical tasting. Highly recommend!

A lovely way to spend an afternoon in Chianti - We learnt lots of interesting info about both the winery and Chianti wines generally - the tour isn’t long but they pack a lot of great info into it. It’s a beautiful location set amongst the Tuscan hills, and was a really lovely spot to taste some really lovely wines. We loved that it was a small, family owned business - definitely preferable (to us, anyway) to a really big, well oiled but less personable winery. Highly recommend!

Basic tour, basic tastings - We enjoyed the winery tour, tastings and food but thought it could be so much more. The cellar tour lasted about 5 minutes, and then we proceeded to the pergola area with amazing views. The wines were very young and we were a little disappointed that there was no tasting of the Chianti at the recommended age. The food snacks were lovely. We would have liked some more detailed information on the history of the family owned winery, wine making and the town.

Not recommended - The tour of the winery took 10 minutes with pour explanations. The wine tasting was quite poor, no glass change between wine and wine, no explanations of the aperitive recommended with each wine, neither explanations of the tastes or smells. If you are looking for a wine tasting experience in the Toscana or for wine taste by a small family supplier, definitely is not the place

Disappointing and uninspiring - I saw another review on this (unfortunately I only sam it after we did the visit…) and I could not put it better into words than he did: “Please do not judge Italian hospitality by Manila (the owner) who simply does not enjoy spending time with guests. … The food she offered us was presented all at once. There was no discussion about the wines and what to eat with each tasting. Manila simply and mundanely talks about a bottle of wine for about 2 minutes then disappears until she feels you are ready for another tasting. Do your research after finding a winery in Chianti on Trip Advisor. This place is NOT a good example of Italian hospitality or a good investment of your time and or your money!” This was exactly the experience we had… a real shame.
