Lots of fun! - Chef Gabriel was excellent! My husband and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and thought this class would be fun. Chef was very helpful and gave step by step instructions and helpful tips. Our tiramisu turned out fabulous and we look forward enjoying the leftovers for days to come!

Good wine, difficult to find - We ordered the Red Passion tour. We initially had difficulty finding the place because it was located at the rooftop bar of Serafina, this was not mentioned once in the description. The bartender (Matie(I think)) was very friendly but this was perhaps not the sommelier experience we were expecting according to the tour description. We didn't really get a good description of the wines we were served . We enjoyed the wines themselves but if you want a wine tasting with sommelier this may not be for you. The rooftop bar was wonderful and so was the service.

Doesn't get much scammier than this! - They advertised that we would be diving into a world of fine wine and Prosecco and learning from a top-notch somalier and that we'd be getting three appetizers along with Prosecco or wine tastings. Here was the real experience I got - I showed up to an empty restaurant and confirmed that this was the right place for the tasting. The waiter, who was sweeping the floor, confirmed and then poured me a glass of Prosecco and gave me a piece of bruschetta (he had to even check if they could come up with that piece of bread to begin with), and then he went back to sweeping the floors. There was no somalier, no series of wines or Prosecco, no series of appetizers, no experience whatsoever. I sat there in a deadly quiet and lifeless restaurant and drank my glass of Prosecco and browsed on my phone for 30 minutes. So a glass of Prosecco and a piece of stale bread with tomatoes on top cost me 40e. I left there feeling like a complete fool and was being hard on myself for not looking more closely into the tour. I spoke to Viator customer support, who chased them down for a refund for me. They agreed to give me a 21e refund, so basically charged me 19 for that glass of Prosecco and stale bruschetta. Rather than spend my valued time fighting with them, I decided that the rest of the refund will come in the form of this negative review - by keeping them from fooling other tourists who might have saved and planned for this trip of a lifetime, only to be duped out of their hard-earned money and time.
