Sunset Jazz Cruise - The view was amazing, the drinks and snacks were perfect. The people were so kind, fun and caring. There was even great live music with a saxophonist! 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience! - We did the Sunset Jazz Cruise and loved it. After a day in beautiful but busy Venice, it was the perfect way to enjoy the view of the city in a relaxed atmosphere. The catamaran was comfortable, the live music was great, the crew was friendly and the cicchetti was delicious! Absolutely recommended!

Amazing boat trip - It was such a lovely trip, and I would recommend it to anyone. You get one drink and small snacks and it was so beautiful with the sunset and incredible music. It had some great seats too (particularly on the nets)!

Best Tour we ever made - The Tour was excellent, the members of the Crew were so friendly and came To each guests for a talk and they are really interested that every person feel good on the tour. The drinks were good, also the small snacks. The music was absolutely great… live saxophone player ( super good) and the feeling during the whole Tour was absolutely great, nearly familiar. The panorama was superb, we Made the best photos/Videos ever. The Tour is a „must do“ when you are in Venice. Looking forward tomorrow next tour in 2025. Thank you all of the Crew . Absolutely a must do cruise. - Staff were very friendly and attentive, even did a small detour to pick up some clients that had missed the boat at its departure point.

Trip-advisor incorrect information - refusing refund - I booked this trip via trip-advisor. The email they provided said ‘meeting point’ followed immediately by a hyper linked address. Below this was an address written out fully. Like any logical person I assumed the hyperlink associated with the address would be to the meeting point. It turned out be an extremely similar named location on the other side of town and I subsequently missed the boat. I contacted the boat and was told I could board the cruise the next day, however I was leaving the city. I have since contacted trip advisor (viator) to request a refund and have been refused. I have attached an image of the email I was sent for the booking, and have also attached the responses I received from their team. At no point have they acknowledged the link under the heading ‘meeting point’ is wrong. They have now ignored my last two emails. I’m extremely disappointed with their response to this situation. I understand how easily this mistake has been made on an administrative side, but ultimately I followed the information they provided and was sent to the wrong location. They seem to not care that the link was wrong, and because the correct address was below it’s irrelevant. My question is why provide a hyperlink to a similar sounding, but very different location under the title ‘meeting point’. Yet they’re refusing to accept any error on their part.
