Fabio and Gerardo were... - Fabio and Gerardo were fantastic. They united the group of strangers and made it a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great Day!! - Such a Great Trip - a real pleasure!! Hugo and the Skipper Liberator did. everything for a great experience! Showed a lot, explained everything in different languages and even turned the boat s that either the people in the front or in the back could take their photos! Thank you very much for this nice day!!!

Fantastico!!! - It was a beautiful tour. A must do. Tour guide Nino was the best. We had a mixed group of Italian couples and us from USA. Nino was fluent in English and made the tour a lot of fun. Wonderful tour!!! We highly recommend this tour.

Great tour, unexpected parts - The guide was friendly and informative, and so was the bus driver! We learnt a lot about the amalfi coast and had lots of fun.
However, the tour did not go as how we saw it on the description. We were probably added to another tour, and did not have a lot of time in Amalfi, and also did not go to Ravello, instead we took a ferry from Amalfi to Salerno. We were not informed earlier, so this was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the tour.

Disappointed - This tour didn't meet our expectations. Firstly, we didn't realise that we would be in a large coach and therefore unable to actually visit towns like Positano and Revello. We were in the bus for 2.5 hours before our first stop, and this coincided with another 4 coaches at the same place at the same time (a tiny ceramic shop with very little parking, and on a busy road). To me, this indicated poor planning. When we got to Amalfi, the guide offered an additional boat sightseeing tour (at an additional cost) and she left with those that chose that option, leaving us to wander Amalfi by ourselves (no information about places of interest was offered). When it was time to leave Amalfi, again we left at the same time as another bunch of tour groups and the wharf was very overcrowded and uncomfortable and we received no priority. Again, very poor planning to have us all leaving at the same time. Lastly, it was mentioned that we would have some time in Salerno to explore, but as soon as the ferry arrived in Salerno, we were asked to immediately board the bus for the trip home. Sadly, our day along the Amalfi Coast wasn't what we expected at all.

Interesting trip but not as described - The views were fantastic and the guides knowledge was good however the puck up was supposed to be at 8am from our hotel however after a number of calls and messages we were picked up from another location. The reason given was access due to the size of the coach. Funny all the other coach drivers managed it. We then ended up transferring to a minibus as our coach developed a fault. This was actually a blessing as we were able to drive into a number of the villages rather than bypassing them. After the boat trip we were met by the minibus and made our way back. You don't see any of solerno. Jon reaching our destination again the driver chose not to drop us off at our hotel and we were dropped off on the main road. So the line we collect and dro off to your hotel is a false claim

Didn’t visit town as booked - We booked this trip to see ravello and we didn’t go there ??

Us where the pick up was inhad to email
Several times before getting a reply- just hours before the trip
The coach driver and guide were excellent but when you book to go to a specific town and spend the day going to places you have already visited the cost of the trip was a rip off

Amalfi tour from HELL!!!! - The tour guide, Gus took a group on a boat tour that was not planned, it was a friend of his. We wanted to see St. Andrews Duomo and chose to stay and tour the Duomo. We were told to be at the statue in front of the Duomo at 1:00 pm. we were there at 12:50 and waited until 1:25 and no one came. we grabbed a bite to eat and walked up the hill in the town. We were also told to meet at 3:00 pm, behind that statue where the bus dropped us off. We were there at 2:30 and waited until 3:20 pm and not one showed up. We thus realized the tour bus had abandoned us! We are from the USA and didn't appreciate being left. Finally, after composing ourselves, we realized we needed to catch a bus back to Sorrento. As we approached the ticket stand, we realized we could take the last boat ride back to Sorrento at 4:35. We were able to get tickets and get on the boat. It was our 26th Wedding Anniversary and we had dinner reservations at 7:00 pm at the hotel we were staying in the Imperial Hotel Tramontano. We got to our hotel at t6:45 pm and had 10 minutes to get changed and refreshed. We did make it to dinner on time. We had to pay another $E17.50 each for tickets to get back to Sorrento, We would appreciate refund of our tickets and reimbursement of the $E35.00 for the boat ride. This tour left a horrible impression of your service,

Avoid Viator…book elsewhere - Viator advertise tour with hotel pick up and drop off. However evening before tour we received a text message from company operating tour to advise it was no longer possible to pick us up from the hotel and we needed to make our way to a parking lot around 10 minutes walk away. Explained that due to disability we would find this difficult but were told there was no alternative. Also tour clearly states 2 hours in Amalfi and 2 hours in Salerno. We arrived in Salerno by boat and were immediately herded on to our tour bus and brought back to Sorrento with no mention made of the 2 hour stop. I have contacted Viator and have been told unfortunately there is nothing they can do…no reasons given. Avoid Viator…

Bait and switch - We had booked a small group tour that would allow us to explore Positano and Ravelo. We expected to be picked up at our hotel in Sorrento, instead we had to spend money on a taxi to get to our pick up point. We then we ended up on a bus full of people that was only doing a drive by of Positano and destine for Salerno. Needless to say we were disappointed, but the operator allowed us to get of bus at Positano. We had to spend an additional $120 to get back to Sorrento. We feel that a bait and switched our plans and we will be requesting a refund.
