Top Experience - Best Experience ever in Italy. The driver /guide pick up on time our family directly to the hotel . He is very knolegiable. We spent the 8 hours between Siena , San Gimignano and a Winery . San Gimignano is a real Pearl and the staff of the winery is kind and generous. Everithing was amazing including the Maserati turbo .

Unreliable tour company who doesn’t follow through on promises. - We were 2 couples who walked into the office across from the Galleria Academia to enquire about a tour through the Tuscan countryside, with a visit to 2 small towns and a wine tasting. We were quoted 800eu for an 8 hr tour the next day at 9:00am in a Mercedes van (we were shown a photo of the van). We were undecided but Matteo said he’d throw in a 2 hr e bike tour for free that afternoon so we left 200eu cash as a deposit, with the remainder to be paid to the driver. The driver showed up in a regular car, not the van we were promised. The back seat was cramped with one person sitting on a hump with legs straddling the hump in the floor. We asked the driver to take us back to the office to talk to Matteo because spending 8 hrs crammed into the backseat wasn’t what we were promised. Matteo refused to return our deposit, then when we insisted he offered us 150eu back because we got the e-bike tour. We refused to accept this. Eventually after much arguing and spending a couple of hours of our last day in Italy he finally returned the entire amount. We were unable to organize another tour at another company at such short notice (by the time we finally got our deposit back it was after 11:00am) so our last day in Italy was ruined.
