Smart Man - The Driver was very professional and did a great job. He contacted me prior to the pickup to advise that we needed to leave earlier than the time I requested. This was due to how busy the airport would be. He was totally correct which saved us a lot of unnecessary stress when we arrived at the airport.

Not one to repeat. - Driver was very good but the van was old and not in good shape. Its suspension was awful and the seating was shoddy and cramped. Not the luxury vehicle we were expecting despite the ‘luxury’ price. Every other vehicle picking up at the port was a Mercedes van. We missed out somehow.

No show - Driver never came and we nearly missed our flight because of the lack of available taxis. The company was unresponsive to messaging on that day, despite setting up the exact time the week prior.
