Rome-Colleseum-Trevi Faintain-Spanish Steps - Great tour guide-Nicola. Visited all sites, brief, but will be back for longer time to visit the museums and sites. Great food!

Best tour and tour guide ever - Rome exceeded our expectations, which is saying a lot. Our guide Max was UNBELIEVABLE! He showed us some hidden gem views, helped us avoid long lines, found easy access restrooms, made lunch reservations, was on time and you knew at every stop he’d be there waiting on you. Rome and Max were both amazing!

Good day overall - but not consistent with advertised itinerary - It was a good day overall, however the itinerary was different to that advertised (we only did 5 of the 8 stops, and had to negotiate as a group to do less time at one in order to do a 5th which was the Pantheon) and there was not enough time to actually go inside the Colleseum or Pantheon which was disappointing as the description indicated we would do both. We stopped for 1 hour at the Colleseum but it was so busy and the lines so long you realistically need to allocate a good few hours to go inside. Security was also very strict at the Vatican City (to enter St Peters Square), they were searching bags and taking away all drinks, umbrellas and powerbanks so I would suggest leaving your bag in the car and just take phone and wallet. Pros of this tour for cruise passengers were the very convenient pick up and drop off directly at the ship, small group tour in comfortable air conditioned van, and the fact you get to see all the highlights of Rome in several hours. Our driver was friendly and did a great job navigating the narrow streets and finding parking spots, and gave us clear time and place to meet up each stop. But it is not a guided tour, the driver plays a CD in the car in English between stops that described upcoming locations.

With friends for birthday celebration - We were looking forward to this tour but ended up being placed with another group with a different itinerary. The new itinerary did not allow enough time to tour inside the Colosseum, which was a main goal. Also, we had requested an English speaking tour and that was English CDs played in the van before we arrived at our destinations.

Not as Expexted!!!!! - Very disappointed in tour. We requested English tour but we had a driver that only spoke Italian making it very hard to communicate. He played an English CD for some of the locations we visited on way. We were given an Itinerary that gave length at each location but he did not follow it and gave us less time at certain locations. We were supposed to have 2 hours at Colosseum and he gave us 30 Minutes and one in our group was left behind so they could go in. We never made it to Plazza Di Spagna and there was not wifi onboard as on the description.

Rome - Not what we were told! - Driver only spoke Italian. The itinerary we were given was not even remotely followed. Time promised at the Vatican and the Coliseum was 2 hrs each to allow for going in. We were given 1 hr and 40mins respectively. I left the tour and did the Coliseum on my own since that was important to me. I have used Viator before, but this was the last time for me!
