Wonderful pasta making experience with Francesco! - Great time learning how to make three different pastas. Wonderful to work with Francesco, choose herbs from the garden and meet his family. Delicious meal in a cozy comfortable setting! Highly recommend!

Really fun experience - So we arrived at the Cesarina’s home and the only downside of the class was that she spoke virtually no English. Having said that, Stefania had arranged to have a lovely woman present who was able to translate as required and insofar as this is a hands on, visual experience the entire evening went splendidly. We made three types of pasta; Pici, a thicker, spaghetti like pasta with only water and flour, a spinach ravioli which gives you the technique you need for any type of ravioli and a fettuccine type pasta which was generic for other pastas of varying thickness. Upon finishing my pathetic attempts to do this by hand and after having Stefania clean me up on several occasions, the pastas were cooked, covered with different sauces and served for dinner with a local red wine. The entire class through dinner lasted about 4 hours and was thoroughly delightful. Furthermore, I have taken many other cooking classes, all of which had varying numbers of “students” ranging from a low of, perhaps, 16 to higher numbers that were more of a purely visual concept. This class was just me and my wife and was absolutely delightful. If you are looking for a unique afternoon or evening that teaches you why actual, hand made Italian pasta is so much better than what you get at home, I highly recommend this opportunity.

Cooking with A Friend! - Maria was so much fun to cook with and learn from! She opened her home to me as if I've been there before. The 3 pasta & sauce dishes that she had chosen were mouthwatering. She was patient and gave useful tips as we worked our way through the recipes. Then we sat down to enjoy our creations with some great local wines! Thank you for one of the best experiences I have had here in Italy... I'll be seeing you again my friend!
