- Piazza Navona - Navona Square, corresponding to the Stadium of Domitian, is the place where you can admire the Fountain of Neptune (Giacomo della Porta - 1586) and the imposing Church of St. Agnes in Agony of Borromini.
- Trevi Fountain - The Trevi Fountain, the clear Baroque style is the work of Nicola Salvi. The artist was responsible for the construction of the fountain in the eighteenth century after winning a competition organized by Pope Clement XII.
- St. Peter’s Square - Vatican area where you can visit St. Peter’s Square rebuilt and redesigned thanks to Gian Lorenzo Bernini between 1656 and 1667, the Basilica, the reconstruction of which was entrusted to Bramante, then Raffaello Sanzio, Giocondo da Verona, Giuliano da Sangallo and Michelangelo finally.

This exclusive Rome tour after your cruise will collect you directly from beneath your Cruise Ship at Civitavecchia Port and deliver you to Fiumicino Airport at the end of your day to catch your flight. Your driver, who speaks English, will guide you on a tour of half a day through Rome, showcasing many of its iconic sites like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. You’ll be transported in a van with air conditioning. The tour group is limited to a maximum of 8 individuals.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.

Fantastic end to the holiday - What a fantastic end to our family holiday. Can't talk highly enough of this experience. Pick up was straightforward for 8 of us and our luggage. Driver and vehicle were 1st class. Driver very knowledgable of Rome, history and got us to several locations easily, nothing was a problem for him. On the way to the airport he took us to a fantastic little cafe which was also excellent.

A wonderful Glimpse of Rome - We arrived at our cruise ship room and discovered that the cruise company canceled our transfer and Rome tour. Panicking and searching Viator this was the exact tour we had booked with Royal Caribbean. I'm so happy that I received instant confirmation that the tour was scheduled through Viator. It allowed me to enjoy my cruise and not worry about the return. The driver picked us (family of 4 with teenagers) up 5 minutes before our arranged meeting time and knew where we were even though there were 3 other ships in port. For us the private tour was amazing. It allowed us to store our luggage in the van and see all the amazing sites of Rome. We saw all the main Roman highlights plus extras we didn't know existed. Some of the busiest tourist spots were easily accessible using back alleys and shortcuts. We were amazed at all the spots we visited. It was a full 3 hours in Rome. Our driver skillfully drove us directly to each spot and there was not much walking involved. We spent around 15 minutes at each area and the overlook views were breathtaking.

Great transfer! - Giovanni was waiting for us with a sign when we disembarked from the ship. He was an excellent guide who knew where to stop so we could get a perfect taste of Rome. He knew the city very well and was able to give us interesting insights along with the history of what we were seeing. Best transfer ever from the port to the airport! Highly recommend!

Good way to. spend limited time in Rome - We had to stay an extra day after the cruise due to flight schedule. We booked this tour to get some sightseeing done as well as a transfer from the cruise port to our hotel near the airport.
The cruise port in Rome is a bit challenging for the first timer. Fabio figured out where to pick us up and arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time.
Fabio did ask us if there are any places we want to see . We left it up to him as it has been a while since we last visited Rome. We got to see the usual 'must do' places as well as some of the places most tours do not cover. This was an unexpected surprise (in a good way). This tour gave us the highlights of Rome.
He dropped us off at the hotel after the tour. We took the rest of the day to unwind and getting ready for the flight home. Do not hesitate to book this tour if you have limited time in Rome.

Just right - Perfect tour for our situation. We arrived on a cruise and then needed a ride to our airport hotel on the same
Day. So glad we were able to see our favorite spots in Rome and keep our luggage safely in the van. Fabio was very flexible and knowledgeable.

Driver was prompt and... - Driver was prompt and courteous. We stopped at all the sites except the coliseum. Unfortunately there was a race in the city and traffic was impassable… Driver had to skip last stop as he had another pick up.

Beware! - The tour company cancelled the trip at 7pm the night before we were to dock in Civitavecchia. I then rebooked with another tour operator who cancelled the trip at 7am the morning we docked. I had to quickly scramble to find another ride to the airport with a tour or Rome. I was able to do so with one of the many cab drivers waiting dockside. Very disappointed in Tripadvisor.
