Perfect for kids - It was exactly what we wanted with our seven-year-old. We got right in and got to just walk around on our own. We happened to get there a little late and missed the group, but one of the workers was so nice and walked us all the way to the chapel to make sure we got in.

Easy breezy and worth it to skip the long line! - There obviously wasn’t much to the tour, that’s the point, it is self guided. But it was a very simple process finding the meet up spot and getting through security….and then we were happily on our own!

Kind and efficient - Group guide was very easy to follow and spoke great English! We were taken right to the front of the chapel and let in. Over all great experience!

Loved the quick process no hassles - After we found our guides the whole process went very smoothly & very quickly we were in but before they let us loose they made sure to answer any questions we had. This is only for skip the line entry you then walk around the museum on your own which was perfect for us.

Great to skip the line without the pressure of a full tour - We booked this the morning of as we had a cooking class in the morning nearby and realized we wanted to go inside but not do a full tour. It was amazing and a super quick process! You meet beforehand as a group and once you go through all of security you are free to do whatever you want. I highly recommend if you just want to do your own thing and you can even pay for the audio guides once entering.

Excellent service from staff - I loved Jhonatan's service and concern that we arrive on time and can enjoy the experience, we very much appreciate the treatment and help received from him.

Amazing! - Amazing art and sculpture work I’ve ever seen. True history coming alive! Amazing!! Only complaint was the language barrier with directions. Staff didn’t know the General area ???

Skip the line was worth it but not once inside. Too crowded - Ok so the directions were hard to find. First they called me to move my time which I told them was not going to work. Then we got there at our original time after getting stuck at the wrong exit due to the metro being closed. We kept trying to call to get help. Finally a very nice man helped and texted the exact address so we could get there. The museum is huge and long lines. We ended up skipping through half the museum because this was a much longer trip than anticipated. When we finally got to the chapel we were ushered and herded along and did not let us fully enjoy the art. It is so crowded and hot in there. The dress code states covered knees and shoulders but many were wearing shorts and tanks. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is due to the nice man who helped us get to our location.

Difficult to find meeting point - Meeting point was difficult to find, was given 2 different meeting places so tried to get in touch with company via text and phone call and couldn’t reach anyone. I did get a text the following day but a little too late. Eventually we did find the meeting place just in time before the tour began.

Confusing ticket collection!! - The staff member that took us to the security line and into the gate of the Vatican museum was nice! He kept us occupied whilst waiting. However getting to the ‘meeting point’ and the meeting time was super confusing. The TripAdvisor ticket says the meeting time is 8:45am. We showed up at 8:20am as the original ticket said to arrive 20 minutes early. I received a separate email from the company a week prior to arrive at 9am for a 9:30am start. We followed the original ticket to be safe. When we arrived at the meeting point we were directed to the convenience store next door for our entry tickets. The owner of that store then directed us around the corner to a third location. A staff member from the third location then took us back to the original meeting point who actually did have our tickets all along. We were then told to wait until 9:25am for a 9:45am start - 1 hour after we originally arrived as instructed on Tripadvisor. Super confusing process which wasted a lot of time!!!
