Perfect and pleasant attendance - I was really looking forward to this tour, but to be honest, I was quite nervous about the English guide. However, the guide explained things slowly and clearly, and showed great attention to detail, so I was able to spend the whole day pleasantly. Although it can sometimes be a bit stiff, there was absolutely no such consideration, and it's no exaggeration to say that I was smiling the whole time. Even though I was alone, I was able to relax and enjoy the whole day. Finally, I was really grateful for the several pieces of information that I was able to share with you that I think will be very useful the next day and beyond. I hope to meet you again the next time I visit São Paulo.

A memorable day with Adi at Concordia Coffee Plantation - The tour we had today with Adi, is the kind that will remembered always. Adi and the plantation owners, Rosy and Francsico are eager to share the history of Brazil as it relates to the plantation, information about coffee plants and how to create a good cup of coffee as well as fabulous homemade refreshments including coffee. The pan de quejo was amazing!!! We also learned about Rosy and Francisco's lives and their dreams for the plantation. Last but not least, Adi our guide, was provided informative comments and insights. We felt that we got to know about coffee plantation life but a peek into the lives of 3 Brazilians. It was great!

Terrible experience - I booked the tour on viator website. At the scheduled time I went to the reception of my hotel to meet my tour guide. However nobody came. After waiting for 20 minutes I started calling the local agency using the phone number that was in my voucher. Nobody answered. I reported the case to Viator and they promised to refund me during the next 5 days. Common, guys! We live in the 21st century. I can send money to any account in 2-3 minutes. Why du you need 5 days for that? If I do not have my money in the next two days I will report a fraud to my bank and ask them to cancel my initial payment to viator.
