A comprehensive tour of Gozo - A very full day to see the highlights of Gozo. Very knowledgeable guide who managed to keep our large group on track. Thanks particularly to the kind lady in the office who helped us when we missed our pickup due to traffic. She went above and beyond.

Nice day trip with lots of activities - The tour was very nice and is highly recommended.
I cannot understand some of the negative reviews here.
The tour was, in my opinion, very well organized and ran completely smoothly and professionally.
It runs from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in total, which was not easy for the tour guide either. The tour guide was friendly throughout, always helpful and always had an overview of the group. The other tour guides, divided by language, were also professional.
The aforementioned redistribution of participants by language was completed within 10 minutes despite several buses, the people are all adults. I could not see any problems there, as reported.
I found all time budgets to be sensibly chosen, there was neither hectic nor stress. The entire process was well-rehearsed. Of course, more time is always better, of course it would be nice to see more, then you have to book another tour with a focus.
One particularly positive thing is that the tour guide spontaneously adjusted the program due to the weather forecast and we were therefore able to do the boat tour.
Also very positive, the tour guide very spontaneously offered a photo stop, which was really great because we still had time.
The food at lunch was also completely fine, although simple, everything was perfect, including the service. The focus here is also on a sightseeing tour, not a dignified restaurant visit.

Full day Gozo tour with lunch. - Well organised tour with hotel pick up. Tour guide Davina was great - very knowledgable and informative on all the parts of Gozo we visited she did a fantastic job! Lunch was ok with complimentary wine although we would have preferred to have sat on our own table. Overall, really glad we booked this tour and would highly recommend.

Beautiful - We travelled on a boat ride to Gozo. Such beautiful Ireland of Malta. Lots to see. But, unfortunately, we were given only one and a half hour to explore this magnificent Ireland. Not enough!

Interesting Trip - We did the day trip to Gozo and it was a good day out. The trip to the Gozo ferry from Sliema is about an hour and then you get the powerboat to Gozo to get your jeep.
The jeeps take 6 people and are a wee bit small in the back if you are 6 largish adults. One of us sat in the front but it was pretty close in the back especially in the heat.
Our guide Godwin was really interesting and was obviously very proud of his home island!

A good, comfortable day trip to Gozo - We did this tour as a better option for us that bumping around on a quad bike or the back of a jeep and we were certainly please we did it. From the outset though I'll just say I'm not keen on larger bus tours but this one was generally OK.
Pick up arrangements were very good - picked up by a smaller van in Valetta which was fine and meant we did not have hours of driving around to pick up many others. The drive to the ferry crossing in the north of the island was good - it went more inland to avoid traffic so some nice scenery along the way. There was a a bit of a wait at the ferry terminal as we had to meet with others for the group but the weather was good. The ferry trip was short but scenic and at the Gozo port we soon re-assembled and got on a larger bus for the tour.
The guide and tour were good though at times felt a little rushed - in particular the Ggantija site, in which I had a particular interest was a bit hurried, including the museum part, but I still got to see most things. Commentary was interesting and informative. Lunch was at a restaurant with a very good view across the island and nearby town. I did not have high expectations but the food was quite good and included a glass of wine (that always helps!). The tour for the rest of the time was good - very scenic views along the coast and some villages, including in the main town and a walk up to the citadel. Once back at the ferry port in Gozo there was a bit of confusion, although caused more by one of the ferry attendants I think. Once back on Malta itself the group separated into different buses for transfers back to accommodation - we had a bit of a long wait there for some reason but eventually got going. All in all, as much as I don't always enjoy bus trips this was a interesting and enjoyable way to see Gozo and covered the main sites - and having seen the jeeps and quad bikes I was very glad I did not take that option.

Non stop - So much packed into one day. Rita our guide was very knowledgeable and looked after us well. The citadel was for us the highlight and would have liked to have spent more time here, but it was just a whistle stop. It was all very rushed to be honest. Lunch was good. I think it would be better to have cut out some thing to be honest.

Lovely views - THE Citadel at Victoria on Gozo was literally the highpoint of my tour of the island.
Its soaring walls offer wonderful views from the top while the citadel itself is a fascinating place to explore.
It includes a number of museums from Natural History and Archaeology to a Prison while the history of the site goes as far back as the Bronze Age.
The citadel was an important refuge from raiding corsairs and Saracens.
There is a cathedral and a visitor centre. Parts of the citadel are free enter while there is a small fee for some of the museums.
The structure itself demands a certain level of fitness to clamber about and climb and descend numerous stone steps but it is a fascinating place to explore.
It can be tiring and conditions can get hot, so bring a bottle of water and some sun tan lotion to be on the safe side.
Well worth a visit if only for the views.

Quality is good but it’s overpriced. - The quality of the trip is good, however it’s overpriced.
The tour guide is experienced and sociable.
It was well organised and done in a timely manner.
Ġgantija is a site for archeology lovers, otherwise skip it.
