Must visit place - great experience and with my guide 'Erman Uslu' - Wow... It is was mesmerizing feeling after seeing the place. It is obvious hot but worth going there by investing time and money. Today, we were lucky to get private trip as we were alone on the Van due to no other booking were made. A great experience with the travel agency and with our guide Erman. Thank you buddy for explaining, taking care of every detail.

Some breathtaking views at pammukkale. - Our guide ezgi was very welcoming and we had a very pleasant experience. Although, the temperature was soaring, the views were breathtaking and highly recommend this trip for everyone visiting turkey. It is a hassle free experience with pick and drop from hotel.

Amazing guide - The place itself doesn’t have much history more spa entertainment place but our tour guide Ezgi is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and bubbly person. Whatever we ask, she answered all questions so we could maximize our experience there and had great time.

Pamukkale - Very good visit to Hierapolis with breathtaking monuments such as the Hierapolis amphitheater, the ruins of a school... the visit to the hot baths of Pamukkale was also an unforgettable and grandiose experience thanks to the hot springs, and the Cleopatra swimming pool where temperatures go up to 36°! The transfer was also of very good quality. As for the guide Erman, he loves his job and he will share his explanations of the country with you with great friendliness.

Mediocre experience in Pamukkale - While our tour guide was kind and our driver competent, this tour was a disappointment and a poor value for the money. The guide’s commentary was limited - she said one thing in the car then repeated the same commentary once on the ground. While the tour info said all tickets were included, we had to pay extra to swim in the Antique Pool. We had a 7:30 pickup and lunch was not provided until 2, which made for a long day in the heat. After lunch, we were taken on a shopping excursion that I don’t think anyone had requested. The destination: an “onyx factory”, where the proprietor gave a 5 minute presentation about different types of onyx by holding them up to a lightbulb, then turned us loose into a showroom full of sales people where everything was priced in dollars. Total tourist trap. We’d enjoyed a series of terrific guided experiences while in Turkey - this one fell flat.

DO NOT GO! SAVE YOUR $$$ - I would never retake this tour or recommend it to anyone. 1. The tour guide appeared disinterested and acted like she would rather be elsewhere. She spent nearly 99% of our bus ride sleeping. 2. She provided minimal context on the historical locations, and we didn’t even visit them properly. She merely pointed them out and later offered to show us pictures. 3. What was supposed to be an opt-in shopping trip became a mandatory stop for Onyx shopping. It was a blatant attempt to get us to spend more money without any prior consent from the group. It felt like a total tourist trap and a waste of time. 4. When we finally reached the Hot Springs, we were given only *three minutes* to check them out after a 3.5-hour drive. 5. She then took us to Cleopatra’s Pool, where additional payment was required. This was also where several of us had locker issues. When the attendant called for help, she arrived impatiently and remarked, "I don't know what the guy expects of me. I have other places to be. I’m a busy person." This was even though her assistance was necessary for us to get lockers. 6. Due to the unnecessary delay on the unrequested shopping trip, we only had two hours to see everything despite a seven-hour roundtrip journey. We were promised over four hours at Hierapolis and Pamukkale Hot Springs. We got less than half the time. 7. She didn’t even give us a formal tour of Hierapolis. She pointed it out and gave us "free time" to explore independently. So, none of us could go up there and see it. She says she didn't want to mandate it for the group - but she never even asked the group if that was what they wanted - it was sheer laziness on her part. It was the most unprofessional, shocking tour experience. 8. The bus had no Wi-Fi, water, or amenities to make the experience more enjoyable. 9. While Ezgi seems to be a bright and talented individual, being a tour guide is not one of her strengths. Flying thousands of miles and choosing this tour over visiting Ephesus on our limited day in Izmir was a colossal disappointment. The tour guide and the tour itself were both extremely disappointing. 0/10 would not recommend it. Save your time, save your money, and go elsewhere. TRUST ME.
