These cenotes are part of the Dos Ojos cave system. The Sistema Sac Actun-Nohoch-Dos Ojos is currently the world’s second-largest underwater cave system, featuring 376.7 km (234 miles) of underwater passages and reaching a maximum depth of 119.18 meters (391 feet).
Two dives are included.
El Pit Cenote is particularly stunning, with a 10-meter oval opening. Its main allure is the enchanting rays of light that pierce through the cavern’s clear waters. It’s best to visit in the early morning to witness the breathtaking light beams illuminating the sinkhole from below.
The second dive takes place in the Dos Ojos cenote, following the Barbie line.
Each dive lasts 40-45 minutes, with a 30-minute surface interval between them. Allow 30 minutes before the first dive for gear assembly and preparation.
Please note, the activity is not wheelchair accessible due to a steep staircase of approximately 25 steps leading to the water.
