We had so much FUN!! As exciting as it was, I always felt safe. Jake was an excellent guide and kept us headed in the right direction. Scheduling online, completing the waivers and getting there and on the boat was a simple and efficient experience. The Bus Driver, Tarran, the staff in the office, and everyone we came in to contact with was positive and professional.
