We all enjoyed it, but had hope it was a little more “hands on” as far as preparing the chocolate.

The class for kids getting three candy bars with candy was great but there was nothing to it. No hello, goodbye or anything. It consisted of Pete talking about tempering chocolate for about seven minutes. Those in the back could hear nothing. The rest of the time consisted of waiting for our chocolate and waiting for it to dry. Thankfully, we received the class at half off which was great for the cost of the chocolate. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first event we have attended like that. I say, keep it up as long as you can get away with it but a little more effort would produce much happier customers. Sad to say!
