Outstanding tour - This tour was one of the best ones I have done in my life. The zip lining is by far the best one in Costa Rica. The tour guides make sure you are safe at all times and they are bilingual. They teach you about the fauna and flora and point out any animal they can spot. It was my son’s first time and he can’t wait to do it again! Must do. Kudos for Daniel and Victor, our tour guides.

Great nature experience - Certainly not quite cheap. But it's definitely worth it. We were all alone in the gondola and could totally enjoy the ride, silently and humbly experience nature. Just great.

Family of 7 - five to fifteen and they had a blast. - I do want to put in the review that they do have a height requirement even though Viator just say 5 and up. Thank god my daughter was close and they did accommodate us but could have been a real bummer. Our kids had a blast and they were accommodating and took tons of pics which felt affordable.

This was an amazing... - This was an amazing excursion! First of all, the company was fabulous and very responsive to my questions in the days leading up to our excursion. We scheduled transportation through them and they picked us up right on time. The view from the tram was awesome, and the 30 minute tram ride was just right. The ziplining was amazing, and the operators really had their procedures down and ran people through quickly, in a safe manner -- very impressive. We did have our older mother with us, but since she had some issues with walking (wore a brace), the guide suggested that she not zipline since it was slippery in some places (on the path to the next ziplines, etc.)--the guides were right, the paths between ziplines were narrow and a bit slippery in some locations, and we appreciate that they were always so safety minded and looking out for everyone. Our group had a great time...even our Mom (who was bummed she didn't get to zipline but had a good time on the tram)!

Zipline in Jaco was perfect! - Day 1 (Tues) started with a light sprinkle than downpour after we took the tram to the top. There was a lot of back and forth with folks on the ground & we decided to cancel (safety & wouldn’t be able to see much). Initially we were going to have to fully cancel but the onsite manager gave us passes to come back the next day! Luis was amazing and helped us so much getting up & down the mountain.
Day 2 (Wed) started and you could not have paid for a more perfect day. Luis, Fabian and one other gentlemen (he wears glasses) greeted us with the warmest smiles and great service!Today was picture perfect and we had an amazing time. My travel friend was super nervous at the beginning & end, but Luis & Fabian’s patience won her over and she had a great time.
The views are amazing, zip lining and educational information are way above par!! The customer service was a 5 out of 5!!! We could not have asked for a more amazing day & tour. I highly recommend this tour as it is great for all (adventurous to hesitant).

Just do it! You won’t regret it! Entire experience was great! - Luis, Fabian and just a whole crew were extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I had some fears of doing this zip line through the forest and they got me through it. I mean just amazing customer service and care. They made sure to extend their hands as we walked through the paths and just good hearted individuals who love what they do and people. I wish I could give this experience 10 stars!

They made it such a fun experience for us!! We booked as a group and the price was lowered! Would go again in a heartbeat!

Interesting but overpriced - Five of us went on the aerial tram at Jaco rainforest adventures. Parking was easy and we didn't have to wait long to board. We did get to see a few birds and it was an interesting experience. The main purpose of this aerial tram is to take the people up for the zip-line. Just going up and back is quite expensive for what it is.

Good combination of tram to top and ziplines down. - Very good view of the jungle. The tram was great to get you started and up on the mountain. From there the ziplines down were reasonably fast and long, with good views of the jungle and ocean below.

If you like discomfort, disorganization, and being disregarded as a customer, this is for you! - These guys SUCK, don't go on their all-day Zip-Lining excursion! I guarantee that they've had friends/relatives write 5-star reviews on here for them! It was terribly unorganized, a 12-year-old could have conducted it better! We stopped there in Costa Rica for their excursion during our Panama Canal cruise. Unknown why, but the entire morning part of the tour included a hike through their "butterfly sanctuary (I guess that's the closest thing to call it)". It was HOT AND HUMID, and there was very little shade within it. Our host/guide Armando (he's a story in himself, what a maroon) spent the entire morning taking us through this tour while lecturing to us, imparting his extensive knowledge of butterfly history (as if we all cared). Meanwhile, we're all sweating to death. In all, there were at least 30 of us on this tour.
So then at lunchtime, we went into their cafeteria (no A/C in it, just overhead fans which were useless), and Armando in his infinite wisdom told us to all sit at Tables marked "#1". It was self-serve, and once we got our trays of food, we went to go find the #1 tables, and they were all occupied! So, there we were, walking around carrying trays in that heat. We looked for Armando to clear this up, and he was nowhere to be found. My wife asked another guide about it, and they told her we HAD to sit at a table #1. We still couldn't find one (this is 20 min. gone by), and my wife & I finally just sat down at an unoccupied table (I think it was a #2) at my insistence, because I finally got tired of walking around. We got dirty looks from the staff there, but no one chased us out. Another couple on the excursion from our Cruise Ship sat with us as they couldn't find a #1 table either; topic of discussion was how unorganized the tour & guide were so far.
We after lunch were to meet with Armando for the Zip-Line part of the tour. Again, he was nowhere to be found; he was later found to be sitting at a table (NOT a #1) with several other guides. This was far behind the scheduled time we were to meet. We finally got called all together & were taken to where the zip-lining was. This took forever, because we were taken there in gondolas that only held about 12-15 people, and there were other people there that day participating aside from our Cruise Ship tour. When my wife & I finally got into our gondola & were headed to the top where the zip-lining was, we were about 1/2-way up when the gondola stopped. We at first thought it was only going to be for a few minutes, but it was over a 1/2 HOUR! We luckily had some shade above us, but the poor guy sitting behind us didn't & got extremely uncomfortable. We thereafter got no explanation why, no apology, no nothing.
We finally got going, but again once the zip-lining started it took forever for our group to navigate all of the lines due to all the people on the tour. Because there were so many of us, it also took forever to suit up into the Zip-Lining gear, and then to take it off later when we finished; they only had 3 or 4 staff to accomplish this. The biggest inconvenience was that we left late after we finished due to all of this unorganized incompetence. We were over an hour late getting back to the ship, in other words it should have sailed an hour before. Again, no apology; luckily, it was one of the Cruise Ship excursions. If it hadn't been (in other words, one not affiliated with the Cruise line), the ship would have sailed without us. Armando was in fact laughing as we departed their bus that took us back & forth to the Zip-Lining for the ship. So, don't do the Zip-Line tour with these inept, unprofessional, bungling nimrods. You'll be glad (not dehydrated and sunburned) you didn't!
