We did the 3 hr tour up the mountain and it was all of extreme as they said it was. We stopped at a waterfall on the way up and was able to get in the water and cool off. Once we got to the top we stopped at a super cool restaurant that had killer food and drinks the ride down was fun too, I would defiantly do this again.
