Amazing day out - highly recommend! - Paulo and his lovely English speaking daughter Paula gave us the most amazing speed boat tour of the Ilha Grande! The boat was clean, comfortable and perfect for a day sightseeing the islands, the many hidden beaches, the Blue Lagoon, walking trails and getting to know the history of the area. The day was good value, great fun and I can’t recommend it enough, it was just so memorable and a day we will always cherish! Please use this tour as you will not be disappointed in any way, it really was paradise, with incredible calm turquoise water, some funky Brazilian music playing and just the most idyllic setting you could ever hope to see. Thanks Paulo and Paulo, we hope to see you again x

Good tour of Ilhe Grande - We enjoyed our private boat tour of Ilya Grande. Dado was an excellent guide, we enjoyed some snorkeling on our tour and it was great that Dado was a diver and could share some of his expertise and experiences with us.

Beautiful Ilha Grande - I chose this tour because the length of time was only 3 hours. Any longer and our young son would’ve been bored. Igor was our captain and he was awesome! Despite the fact that he spoke very limited English, he did a great job pointing things out to us. The boat was clean and has room to fit 7 people comfortably (+ captain). We were able to customize the tour and spend more time on the beach. An enjoyable experience overall!

Horror of Budget Air - This company a $#*! in stupid company. They issue duplicate tickets, cancel flights, change schedules without notice, and provide poor customer service. Refunds take years to process, and they only refund a portion of the amount. Changing a flight incurs significant fees, and they do not assist with rebooking if a flight is canceled. Missing a connecting flight leaves you stranded at the airport. Despite offering competitive prices, customers encounter numerous headaches and risk losing money. There are countless complaints online, yet the company remains in operation. In the event of needing a refund, it is advisable to contact the bank promptly to reverse or dispute the charge. The company lacks a phone number for direct communication and relies on ineffective robot customer service. Personal experience with this company involved issuing duplicate tickets, multiple unanswered emails, and only receiving a refund through the bank's intervention. Stay away this horror company.
