Easy to book and excellent service - Easy to book and also use our Viator credit. Excellent directions to the place from the subway and greeted and helped promptly. Once we’d chosen we were helped to dress and given a locker to put all our things in. An underskirt to hold the dress out was an extra 2000 won but worth it. Basic hair and handbag is free but I chose to have the clips and adornments and my husband the funny hat- less than £5 in total and we felt every special. Try also helped me change to a better fitting top. It’s just a few minutes walk to the palace. Entry is free for anyone wearing Hanbok. We had 1 1/2 hours from when we were dressed- linty of time for dozens of photos in the beautiful grounds. A fun experience and highly recommended.

Lovely place. - The shop was crowded if you go around brunch.
Shop assistants were busy but knowledgable.
My chosen shirt was small. Staff helped me finding bigger size, different style but better looking for my chosen skirt.
Choose at least 4 hours or more to allow more time walking around to the village.
Wear walkable shoes you will need to walk around a bit to attractions.

Loved choosing my hanbok! - I wanted to have the experience wearing a Hanbok. The ladies at Gigibebe were so nice and friendly. I made my appointment through Viator and I paid extra for the puffy camisoles and the hair and purse. I felt like a princess and was able to go freely through the palace

Worth it! - She was amazing! It ended up raining and she was so nice to help us book a photo shoot at a nice place out of the rain so we didnt have to get muddy trying to take nice pictures.

A Nice Experience - The place was a little crowded, but the workers were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed the experience of renting a hanbok.

Okay But Needs a Lot of Improvement - You'll have to climb the stairs up to the 3rd floor where the shop is located. The place is small and is crowded even in the early morning. The staff will not assist you, they will just point you to where you can pick your hanbok. The

Scammy - There is a sign outside the door saying 10,000 for 2 hours, but when I went in I was told 20,000 for 2 hours was the cheapest. The woman was so pushy, however, that it was awkward say anything or leave. She immediately handed my 5 year old daughter a dress before I had a chance to decide.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, when we came back we were trying to find where they’d put safety pins, etc, to get them off. I would not recommend this one, there are loads in the area.
