The instructor is a seasoned chef with a strong educational foundation and seven years of expertise in Korean cuisine. Having worked at a Michelin Guide one-star restaurant and the Korean Consulate in the USA as a chef, the instructor brings a wealth of experience. The class will commence with a demonstration, followed by a hands-on session. During the demonstration, participants can enjoy tea or soda, crafted by the chef using premium ingredients sourced from various Korean farms. By the conclusion of the class, attendees will have learned how to prepare traditional Korean dishes from scratch. The venue is ideal for capturing photos during and after the class, and participants can choose to enjoy their culinary creations in the studio or take them home. The studio is conveniently located near Gyeongbokgung Palace and the traditional market. The instructor looks forward to welcoming everyone!
