Highly recommend this cooking class and meal with Shalini - My husband and I really enjoyed our cooking class in Shalini's home! Shalini made chai and pakora as starters, and then we made chapati (plain flatbread and one with potato in it), dal fry with 3 kinds of lentils, and dum aloo (potato curry). We had requested to make something using seasonal ingredients, so she also taught us to make red carrots and peas. The food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed learning from Shalini and sitting down with her family for the meal. They also gave us some great tips for traveling around Jaipur. I would highly recommend this cooking experience if you're in Jaipur!
