Fun day in Jaipur - This is the 2nd tour on my trip to India that I used HIT, the other was to the Taj Mahal. The Pink City was very interesting, and Vipin was a great guide. Seeing the fort with the 3rd largest wall in the world and the Water Palace were two highlights.

One day in Jaipur - We took one day from Delhi and it was well organized, even in the short time we were able to see main places in the city and our tour guide Kapil told us interesting fact about the monuments and the city. We enjoyed the tour.

Great Day Trip from Delhi - Sonu was a fantastic driver and Kishor was a wonderful tour guide. Sonu drove safely but also quickly, taking the best roads and routes. He was very conscientious - he was quiet while I slept in the car and friendly when I had questions. Kishor, the guide, was knowledgeable and knew all of the best places for photos! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe with them. And although it was a long day (14 hour excursion), it went by fast! Very glad I did this day trip! I definitely recommend it.

Very Happy - Our tour guide, Kamlesh Soni, explains in great detail, has jokes to make you laugh all the time, takes good care of you, and really enjoyed this trip. The places we went were very beautiful.

Jaipur Day Trip - We had a great day in Jaipur on the eve of Holi with our lovely guide Shubham. The highlights were the Amber Fort and step well, the Jantar Mantar observatory and the Galta Ji monkey temple. We can also recommended the Govindam Retreat for an excellent lunch. Unfortunately because of delays from our driver Firoz we had to drop the City Palace from our itinerary. He had to stop three times on the round trip to refuel (this was in addition to the comfort stop). Essentially his car was too small for the length of the journey. And he was exhausted having done this trip 2 days in succession. He was so tired he couldn't remember which hotel he was taking us back to, hadn't set up the sat nav on his phone and when he discovered he had missed the exit on the motorway he turned thr car round and drove back the wrong way up the carriageway to get to the exit. We were terrified and furious that he was putting our lives at risk. So in summary, if you are contemplating this day trip, you'll have a great day with Shubham but check with Hello India that the driver they select is properly equipped for the long journey.

NOT RECOMMENDED - NOT RECOMMENDED 1) We didnt take the express highway when heading to Jaipur, according to the driver "because the company told him" to take the alternative route, which ended up in a 6 hour ride instead of a 4 hours ride. On the way back, we had to discuss heavily with him and the guide so we could take the express highway. 2) Be aware that the guide may want to take advantage and make you pay for things that should be included. When we arrived to amber fort, he made us pay for the mini golf cars "because we could not get to the top by normal Car". Of course he kept the ticket, so he can claim the money back from Hello Indian Tour or whichever intermediary company. As tourist, in a city we don't know we didnt have a choice but to accept this, since we depend on his service. 3) We felt very unsafe. Our guide did not help us to get rid of the beggers and people selling Souvenirs. 4) the guide seemed like he didnt want to be there and was trying to rush everything, so we would leave faster. 5) for a in total 11.5 hour car ride, NOT WORTH IT. Maybe look for another company

Bad experience with Hello India Tour - Avoid booking a tour with this company. I had previously gotten in touch via Whatsapp asking to exclude any stops at factories or souvenir shops from the itinerary. After visiting Jaipur Castle, the guide still took me to visit two stores where I was coerced to buy souvenirs. It was an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe situation. The company forces the guide to ask you to evaluate the tour in front of him before the end.
