Jaipur Day Tour - Our guide was Narendra. He was very knowledgeable and gave great detail of the history of everything we were seeing. He was also very accommodating and recommended a great lunch spot and worked with us to add a couple last minute stops to the tour. Our driver was Chacha, and he was a very professional driver and very kind as well. Great way to spend a day in Jaipur and would highly recommend.

Informative, full and fun day - Had a wonderful and full day with guide Sam and driver Ali. Sam was knowledgable and friendly and gave an informed tour, especially of the Amber Fort and Jantar Mantar. I feel like I’ve seen all of the sights I wanted to see in Jaipur. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and well-looked after. Would recommend.

A must do day tour for all Indian and international visitors to Jaipur - A full day tour of Jaipur is a must for any Indian or international visitor. The places to visit/see - Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, water palace - are wonderful and come to life with a good guide. My wife and I were extremely pleased with our exceptional guide Ali and expert driver, Husain. Thank you, Ali and Husain, for introducing us to the history of Jaipur and showing us these exquisite sites!

Very satisfied. - There's a lot to see and do around Jaipur. Our guide Raj, and our driver Sameer were knowledgeable and kind. Usually I hate being taken to shops on guided tours, but on this tour I was very impressed by the quality of the shops introduced by Raj.

Great tour to experience Jaipur - Our driver was good and our guide, Sam, was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of Jaipur’s key sites and history. We really enjoyed the local lunch spot, the stop at Sam’s favourite chai spot and the stops at the gem and fabric stores to see the craftsmanship in Jaipur’s key industries.

Could have been better - Our guide Sam offered some pretty basic info on the sites we saw. Sad to say but I think I could have gotten more insight from ChatGPT. When I asked him to clarify some info about the Wind Palace (which is on a really noisy, busy street), he told me with an extra “I told you!” Probably a language barrier thing—not deliberate rudeness. But it still put me off from asking questions for the remainder of the tour. Also I don’t know what it is about Indian tours and bringing guests to shops. It feels like some sort of elaborate scheme to get the tour guide and the shops more money. I would prefer seeing historical sites and monuments rather than get hustled. But that’s just me. Do guides get paid commission for bringing guests to shops? Serious inquiry. To be fair, the shops we were brought to did have nice things, and we did make purchases. But I think it’s possible to simultaneously believe that sightseeing and shopping should be separate. We ran out of time to see the observatory in the itinerary because of the time we spent at the shops. Had I known we would run out of time I obviously would have prioritized the observatory. Oh well, they made more money off of us, so who cares! Not the first time I have felt taken advantage of in this country—a serious problem which is a deeper cultural thing, but I digress. Still managed to enjoy the tour, in spite of it all. Sam took great photos of us, and he recommended a really tasty place for lunch.
