Day 1: Delhi to Agra

Begin with a pickup from any location in New Delhi/Delhi (Hotel, Homestay, Airport, or Railway Station).

Travel approximately 4 hours to Agra, home of the Taj Mahal (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). This iconic tomb is a testament to the enduring love story of the 17th-century Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and his wife, Queen Mumtaz Mahal. A visit to Agra is incomplete without experiencing this magnificent structure with its domes and minarets.

Next, explore the impressive Agra Fort (also a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Constructed by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D., this massive fort is made of red sandstone. The fort’s courtyards, mosques, and private chambers echo the history of the Mughal Empire. The elegant buildings inside showcase a fascinating blend of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. Later, drive to Jaipur and enjoy an evening at Chokhi Dhani, a traditional Rajasthani village-themed park and restaurant.
