Notable landmarks include the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) and the Sila Devi Temple.   Proceed to the city monuments and visit Jal Mahal along the way. This palace, located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city, is a popular sightseeing destination.

• ROYAL GAITOR
  Situated at the foothills of Nahargarh, Royal Gaitor is a serene location. It features the magnificent cenotaphs of Maharaja Pratap Singh, Madho Singh II, and Jai Singh II. The stone monuments are intricately carved and beautifully displayed. Maharaja Jai Singh II’s marble cenotaph is particularly impressive, with a dome supported by 20 carved pillars.

• HAWA MAHAL (Wind Palace)
  The Hawa Mahal is a five-story structure and is the tallest building in the world constructed without a foundation. Its curved architecture leans at an 87-degree angle and its pyramidal shape has helped it remain standing for centuries. The Hawa Mahal is dedicated to Lord Krishna.

• CITY PALACE
  Located deep within the walled city, the City Palace Complex was designed and built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur. A stunning blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture, the palace is still home to the last ruling royal family, who reside in a private section of the palace.

• JANTAR MANTAR
  The Jantar Mantar is an astronomical observation site constructed in the early 18th century. It includes a collection of around 20 main fixed instruments.

• ISARLAT SWARGASULI TOWER
  Isarlat or Sargasuli Tower is a seven-story historical heritage monument built by Sawai Ishwari Singh in 1749. Visitors can enjoy panoramic city views from the top of this prominent 18th-century, seven-story minaret.

  The Albert Hall Museum in Jaipur is the oldest museum in the state and serves as the state museum of Rajasthan, India. The building is located in Ram Niwas Garden outside the city wall opposite New Gate and is a fine example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. It is also known as the Government Central Museum.

• Galta Ji Temple
  Galtaji is an ancient Hindu pilgrimage site located approximately 10 km from Jaipur. It consists of a series of temples built into the crevice of hills surrounding the city, with natural spring water flowing down and filling sacred kunds (water tanks) where pilgrims bathe. Visitors can climb further to reach a hilltop temple offering stunning views of the entire valley floor, including Jaipur’s fortifications. According to legend, it was here that Saint Galav lived, meditated, and performed penance.
