Enjoyed and amazing desert safari - The overnight trip was good, we got to see the ancient abandoned village & oasis in desert. Also had a camel riding / walking safari to the dune for the amazing sunset. Night time there was a long traditional cultural show with beverages, desserts and local buffet .The tent without AC was also cozy and clean. It was quite cool at night time and the most amazing thing was we can take a hot shower in desert! We enjoyed the tour so much! And the price is reasonable!

Firstly, their punctuality was commendable; they ensured we didn't waste a single moment of our adventure. The chosen location for the desert camp was breathtaking, offering views of the endless sand dunes. The food served during the night was simple and delicious. The experience was made memorable by the stories of Rajasthan's rich history and culture shared by Tejpal and Ramesh. And finally, sleeping under the stars was the highlight of this adventure - an experience I'll cherish forever specially thanks to karan desert safari Jaisalmer

Fun camel safari and comfortable tents but recommend clear communication with safari organizers - It was a fun adventure, but not quite what we expected- leading up there was confusion and miscommunication regarding the pickup time and location (this seemed to be an issue with Viator who we booked it through). Additionally, we had thought the tour would be in a jeep but was instead in a small sedan car (which is fine but not what we anticipated- other people at the camp seemed to be driven in Jeeps). We saw Kuldhara village and thought we were going to Khaba Fort but instead went to a small lake, and the guide didn't really explain the significance. Our camel safari was fun and we were taken to a small sand dune area to watch the sunset. The cultural performance was quite good and the buffet meals were tasty. The tent was comfortable enough, although there was a large hole at the front of the fly screen. The staff at the camp were generally welcoming and attentive. Overall we had a nice time but wasn't quite what we expected.

Steer clear of viator - I will say the desert tour company, Karan, was great but using Viator was a disaster. The time we booked with Viator was actually not an option for the tour company so we ended up having to book our own accomodation and meet the tour company at the time we did not book. Additionally, the desert is vegetated so it does not look like the pictures shown here with sand dunes- but it is still beautiful. We had chatted with Viator about our booked start time and transport to the airport when we booked, and this was not communicated with the tour company because they knew nothing about. This resulted in having finding our own accomodation as well as paying extra for the airport dropoff, despite the conversations and agreement we had with Viator. I would steer clear of using Viator and just book directly with the tour company in the future.
