- Glodok Chinatown - After pick up and drive within 30 minutes from your hotel area, proceed to Chinatown in Glodok area. Entering the Chinatown you will see the temple with old pagoda which was built in 1650 and visit the old temple of “Yin and Yang”, Good and Bad, Heaven and Hell or karma. Then exploring the market of Petak Sembilan. Glodok is one of the old Chinatown that people called the area “Grojok” refer to the sound of Sundanese before the colonials, then Glodok also called “Gelodog” refer to the name of the gate of the area Batavia in the colonials time. In this experience is you will be fascinated by area where local people says “Glodok”. Many shops you can find such Herbalis and Apotik, Candy, cracker and cakes, etc. After Glodok proceed to Old town into 10 minutes.
- Jakarta Old Town - Entering the area of Old town, you will see old building designed by chinese european style which had been standing since colonials era, inside the Old town there is big garden in 139 Sqm, also called Cityhall, then the people called “Fatahillah park” refer the name of Sultanete of Banten who attacked the area in “Sunda Kelapa” the first of Jakarta side. while you are in the park, you will see some buildings are used for museums, post office, cafe and official. then if you still have time we continued to see the Puppet shows in studio in afternoon, we will spend one hour or less, then proceed to PIK of the highlight of program. PIK is the modern Chinatown in the northern coast Jakarta.
in this program either you can choose your time longer or short depend on your time we provided for half day tour. You can also choose the best place for Dinner time with our recommendation such as Cafe Batavia Jakarta or The Black Owl in PIK Avenue.
- Makutharama Puppet Studio - We are still in the area of Old town, while exploring the area and we are visiting the Puppet studio where the studio making the traditional thing sometimes showing puppet show in 10 minutes rather than short as usual. If you want to see the puppet and also the story we can spend the time. Outside the area, string of building in front of canals called little Amsterdam. Then Proceed to PIK.
- PIK Avenue - After arriving “The highlight of the tour” you will have a fascinating Chinatown in afternoon with the light of lantern. This is a Jakarta Business Distric of Chinese dominant area with nice view and more instragamable then you can explore the avenue with long canals and red lampion along, you will have dinner time or just take picture, shopping or hang out.
- National Monument (MONAS) - This is the final of our program, and proceed back to hotel, and we make photostop at monument national as the symbol of capital of Indonesia, in the glimmering shinning Gold in the night in the height of 132 metres in 80 Ha area graden in front of presidential palace. drop you to hotel in 1 Hour

Explored chinatown was excellent. - A lots of vendors that very famous and luxury, this place like neo city with chinese dominan. I can say this is like sngapore. In the beginning we stopped at old chinese area in Jakarta, visiting the old tempe and market, stopped to old town was interesting with break at cafe Batavia for Coffee, then we back to hotel stop at landmark in the night.
Our guide ferdy was frendly invited me to cathedral in first time. I didnt expected Jakarta has new branding for city such like neo chinatown. But went to here much traffic. While we are heading to area, visited also in fish market rather than interesting to visit. I would recomend this trip in the afternoon in your optional.

Spectacularly night lampion and good story. - This is the first choice of the trip in Jakarta, during the time after arrived the city. Did you know this Jakarta, I never know. It was traffic that I came, but it was not my expected with the trip to Chinatown. It was totally story of China in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta. I visit the oldest temples that time is best for me because of occasion after funeral then go to
the new City they called PIK, I think that built by owner to be come good spot. I prefer to sit on one of cafe and chinesse resto. But before I visit Old town. This tour is served with food, okay with my expenses extra, because food so much.
Our guide was amazing talented, not only his experienced but he is veri communicative person, tell about history and the culture. Ferdy.
And the driver was very talented in driving traffic. But it perfect time.
