- ARRIVAL TIME Please note the time selected during checkout is your arrival time, not the hotel pickup time. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 90 minutes prior to this time depending on the hotel location.

- The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience is approximately 2 hours away from Montego Bay and Negril
- There will be scheduled rest stops along the journey

- Some areas of waterfalls are fairly rocky, as such water shoes are recommended

Beat day ever - The entire tour was memorable for me and my children. The fact that I didn’t have to drive and was able to see all the beauty of Jamaica was priceless.
Jack and Tamara are by far the best driver and tour guide, and that made the tour very entertaining. Can’t wait to go in another adventure and I would wish to be lucky to get them as operators again.

Great day seeing part of thecountry. - Great tour. It's an all day experience. Our tour guide Elliott was the best. He kept things fun and gave out great historical info along the way. I highly recommend.

3 in one - Brilliant day out, long day but definitely worth it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept us occupied on route to our first stop the crocodile safari. Definitely worth doing if you're a wildlife lover. We then headed over to YS falls, beautiful place, the local guides were amazing. They kept hold of our phones and took loads of photos for us. We finished the day with lunch and rum tour at Appleton Estate. Informative and fun 😁 thanks to our guide Elliot and driver Jimmy for a fun day x!

Black River, YS Falls and Appleton Run - What a well organised, safe trip. Our tour bus and tour guide met us as arrange on time. Picked up other guests and we started our journey to the first stop, The Black River Cruise to see the crocodiles. Along the way loads of different information was given to us (very interesting) At the Cruise our tour guide showed us to our cruise. Off we went, the cruise guide was very good, loads of information regarding the river, birds, trees and of course the crocodiles. We finished the tour with a tour of the crocodile nursery. We then made our way on to YS Falls. Everything was explained to us again and we went. Wow what a fantastic place to visit and the YS guide was amazing, he took all our photos and videos, we went back just down to the changing area and was given snacks and bottled water. Off we went again to Appleton Rum, again our guide explained everything to us. When we got there we were able to try a run cocktail and then take to the restaurant for our meal. The meal of Jerk Chicken, Pork, Rice, Salad and Potato salad was fabulous. We the proceeded to the rum tour, very informative and enjoyable. At the end (the best bit) we went into a bar area and we were taught about how to smell, look and taste the rums. Finally got to the shop.

Appleton Estates, YS Falls, Black River Safari day trip - All 3 events were great. Peter, our guide at Appleton Estates, was informative and had a great sense of humour. YS Falls was beautiful! The River Safari had a great tour guide with great stories. The river ride was amazing showing seeing many different plants and trees and the crocodiles- they even have names! The drive to get to these great places was long but well worth the experience.

Fantastic Way to Enjoy the Best of Jamaica. - All three main parts of the trip were excellent. We loved the boat trip up the river with the wildlife viewing, playing in YS Falls, and the very interesting tour of the Appleton Rum distillery. It was the only way we could have been able to do all of these, and especially not to have to hazard driving all that way. Or guide, Elliot was very attententive to everyone and made sure everyone was happy.

An interesting day out! - Driver Elton James was really interesting. It’s a very long day but worth it. Waterfalls were brown & fast flowing due to the amount of rainfall so wasn’t able to actually swim in the falls, only photos taken at the edge. At the Appleton Estate we had a great guide who was very engaging. Lunch was excellent . We did see crocodiles on the Black River but only 2 species of birds.

Mostly good - My husband and I went on the Appleton Rum, YS Falls and Black River experience with our tour guide James. James was great and seemed to know alot .
The black river tour was not great - 3 crocodiles, 4 birds and then we got stuck in some weeds and had to turn back. The crocodile nursery was interesting.
due to knee surgery, I was not able to participate in the YS Falls experience but my husband enjoyed it. Our guide James was very attentive and made sure I had a good time while waiting for our group.
The Appleton Estate Rum tasting was very good, informative and yummy (both the lunch and the rum tasting). The prices were decent in the gift shop as well.

Short notice cancel - It was cancelled less than 24 hours before our departure. We were signed up for the excursion for over 3 months. In less than 24 hours, we’re were notified it was going to be closed.
