Review from a travel agent who has her own travel group. - This tour was fantastic. My entire group had a blast. From learning the way of Swahili cooking and then eating the delicious food that we helped prepare, to learning how to play the drums and then cooling off in the underground oasis cave.

Spending time with the locals. - Ok so this exceeded my expectations! 1-Cooking class- watched and participated . Grinding the coconuts was fun. 2-Visit the cave- I've been in caves but I've never swam in one. This was beautiful & relaxing. Be aware you MUST be able to descend & climb, and duck. The stairs are not a regular stairway but descending slippery ragged stones. Some areas in the water is deep. So, if you can't swim be careful where to walk. I loved it. 3-The meal. I don't remember what we made/ate but its was very good and filling. 4-After the meal we were given drum and dance lessons, along with and sing-a-ling with the locals. Please tip

Swimming in a cave! - Quite rocky but beautiful experience to swim in the cool water. You’d need to watch out not to get cuts on your feet or slip on the slippery rocks but we enjoyed our time swimming in the cave and was a wonderful little adventure.

Visit to Kiza caves - The tour started with a visit into the cave. The water was cool and refreshing since it was a super hot day. We then did a cooking lesson. Cooked a beautiful and tasteful plate of food. We then had a drumming lesson with the locals before sitting down to eat our lunch. It was a wonderful experience with the locals.

Lovely trip out but beware of wasps. - Love setting but quite steep to get into caves once in 2 members of our group got stung by wasps whilst swimming. You can change out of your wet swimmers whoever no locks on doors so need someone outside to hold door closed.

Good value for money. - Most beautiful caves we have seen. We however had to ask to be shoen the other attractions as the guide was attending to four groups. The tea garden was disappointing. But once again - the caves were stunning and swimming there was some experience. We did not partake in the vooking as my wife was not well
