Amazing Experiance - The experience was phenomenal it was all laughs and entertaining. The drinks were great and delivered right to us, by Yvonne; and Tony the Bartenders. Tony was amazing and such a comedian. He was great and quick on his feet we never knew what was coming with the jokes. Yvonne was personable and really great qith remembering who were and what drinks we wanted. She was really on top and a head of the game. They both were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 👏. A very funny place to visit. - There was a lot to see and hear. The place kept me laughing. The staff was very nice and helpful. They seemed to really enjoy their job.

Love this place - Great visit!! Interactive displays, history and a lot of laughs! I enjoyed learning more about my favorite comedians and how sit coms work. If I lived closer, I’d be there more often

The best! - This museum is totally worth a trip to Jamestown. It is fabulous in all ways with amazing interactive exhibits. So much fun!

Be sure to leave yourself enough time - I only wish that we'd allocated a bit more time for this museum, because it's easy to get lost in it while trying all the interactive activities and watching all the clips that are ultimately tailored to you based on the use of interactive wristband that you program when you check in. It's well worth a trip to Jamestown to visit this place.

Strongly suggest you go when you are anywhere in this area! - I wasn't quite sure what to expect. However, this was simply an amazing experience. If you have any sense of humor at all (and are at least 15 or so), I really believe you will have a great time. My wife and I spent nearly five hours here and I loved every minute of it. There were so many different types of comedy that it was easy to have a great time. Not every comic (or type of comedy) was amazing but there was so much here, it was easy to have a great time.

Visit this museum. - This place is great. Numerous hands on activities. Tons of clips from comedians. Love the way they explain how comedy works. Also a section on cartoons. You can spend the whole day here.

Great gift shop - The comedy gift shop has a large selection of gifts and souvenirs from your favorite comedy artists. The gift shop is located in the old train station.

Great Experience, but customer support needs work - I visited the National Comedy Center with family and was surprised and excited by the fun and interactive experience. Some of the most fun I've had at a museum. While I would love to give a 5 star review, I had to remove a star for my after visit experience. I was led to believe I would receive an after visit email detailing my visit and after emailing the center, I received an email telling me the summary was sent and I opened it (the email was not sent, no one in my party of 6 received an email). Upon further follow up via phone and email, our request for the summary of our visit fell on deaf ears and I still sit here today weeks after my visit, disappointed without an after visit summary. Disappointed with the lack of responsiveness post visit.
