Learning hands-on - The learning experience was detailed and informative. The instructors taught in both Japanese and English languages, their hands on demonstrations provided an opportunity to participate, but also enrich your experience. The meal that you create add a new level of delicious appreciation.

Sharpen knife on wet stone and learn sashimi cutting techniques - We learned how to use a wet stone and all the different types of knives. We also got to cut sashimi and make our own bowl. We loved it!

Great all - round informing knives lessons - We came here to learn about japanese knives (sharpening, history, techniques etc..) and our expectations were completely fulfilled. The Chef and interpreter were super professional, explained everything with patience and in detail and also answered any questions we had!
