• Morretes - You will have free time in Morretes to explore the small town. Visit the Nhundiaquara River, the Main Church, the local fair with typical products, colonial houses, and shops selling crafts and local goods.
• Restaurante Madalozo - A traditional lunch is included, featuring the regional menu at a restaurant overlooking the Nhundiaquara River, considered one of the best in Morretes. The signature dish is “barreado,” a beef stew served with cassava flour, rice, and banana. Side dishes include fish, shrimp, and salad. Drinks and desserts are not included and must be paid for separately.
• Serra Verde Express - Arrive at 2:30 pm at Morretes Railway Station to board the train for the ascent of Serra do Mar.

In the morning you will visit Antonina, a friendly little historic port town and then go to friendly Morretes, famous for its gastronomy and the Nhundiaquara River.

In the afternoon, return by train from Morretes to Curitiba. You will pass through a railway with incredible landscapes and a lot of history. It takes approximately 4 hours on the train up Serra do Mar, through the largest preserved area of the Atlantic Forest in Brazil. You will pass through tunnels and bridges and the guides will tell you a little about the challenge of building this railway between 1880 and 1885. To this day it is an engineering masterpiece!
