Good experience. - The landscapes are beautiful, however the boarding service is weak. I regret that when booking the tour I was not aware of the various options classes of tickets existing on the train.

Attraction car boss, for those who want to visit Curitiba. - I say that this is the Attraction "chief car" for those who want to know Curitiba, it can not be missed, the tour is very nice, theoretically the journey is long, because the train is slow, but so of landscape that you see, not even realize the time passes, and ends thinking that it was fast... I went to the baron car from the blue mountain, it was the last car, only with balcony (of course kkkk) and serving drink at will (beer, juice, water) and a snack, it was worth the money paid... On a next opportunity to visit Curitiba, I would again take the tour...

Relaxing train ride and tour of Morretes. - Tour included pickup from the hotel to the train. The train ride, a museum tour in Morretes, a tasty Brazilian lunch, van ride to a small town with a banana candy store and a van ride back to the hotel. We paid for an English tour and we had that once we were in Morretes but the trian ride was all in Portuguese. Beautiful scenery and it was a pleasant trek. Had some cloudy weather so we did not get to see everything from the train but it was still nice.

Good view and lots of restaurants - It’s a slow train ride from Curitiba to Morretes. If you have been in train in another country this would feel average to you. Train ride is fine, it has some nice hills towards the end of the journey. It’s not exciting as the hype. Morretes has restaurants majorly and few waterfalls. Onward journey is okay and you need to ensure you book the return journey via bus in advance or book a tour which includes. Taxis are not easily available to come back to Curitiba and they charge double.

A little confusing but pretty - It was a bit disorganized; we had selected an English guide but were put in a Portuguese speaking group. We also never received the train vouches we needed to board the train which we were supposed to have received by email. That being said… The train ride through the Atlantic rainforest was beautiful and almost surreal. You pass over waterfalls, rivers, and the plant life feels like you’re living Romancing the Stone. The guides on the train are super fun and engaging and def added to the experience. Morretes is beautiful but make sure you bring a rain jacket/sweatshirt if you go during winter. The other stops are pretty quick but the views are nice. If you have a bad back/neck/knees and sitting in a car for long periods of time hurts you, I would sit this one out. But otherwise it was an interesting day.

The journey itself is the walk - It's interesting. It is a journey to contemplate the journey and not to go to Morretes. The tourist has to understand that the experience is to see exactly the landscapes along the way. In Morretes and Antonina, there is nothing very interesting to see. They are small towns without tourist attractions. I didn't like the barrel or the ice cream I took. The journey is long, 4:30, although the town of Morretes is not so far from Curitiba. As the train moves slowly, time increases. I was in the boutique wagon, it was cold and there was no heating system. I believe that in the summer it is uncomfortable, because I did not see air conditioning system.

Impossible to relax - I created a lot of expectations on this tour, it was something I wanted to do for years. I took a walk on a beautiful sunny Sunday. I wanted to contemplate the landscape, breathe nature and meditate. However, the Guide (kelly) did not stop talking for 1 second, not only that, it is people the time td talking, selling things inside the train (employees). This ended with the charm of the tour, which cost me R$ 350 real! I don't indicate, unless you like so much talk. The landscape is indeed divine and I would love to enjoy it in silence.

Easy to do on your own - The train ride is wonderful, but it is just as easy to go to the train station and buy tickets then get a taxi/Uber back home versus bothering with the hassle of the tour. Pick up was chaotic and late. The tour guide could barely speak English despite the extra charge for an English speaking tour. We intentionally purchased this to understand the history of the sights, and we left knowing no more than when we started. The other aspects of the tour after the train were a joke and lunch was very average.
