Top trip - Jeff was our very knowledgeable and friendly guide. So much to see and do but we still had some flexibility such as stopping by the road to photograph the wildlife. Just a very special tour.

Fantastic trip! - Norm was fantastic! Knowledgeable, entertaining, and someone who has grown up knowing the area and full of stories about it all. We can't recommend him or the tour more highly!

Everything was BEYOND expectations - Nothing prepared us for the beautiful sights along Icefields Parkway from Jasper to Banff. What brought this experience together was our guide Norm’s personality and storytelling. That was about 10 hours of drive and I can’t think of a boring moment. The short walks, photo spots, timing— I never expected at all that this one-way tour would be one of the best experiences I’ve had to date.

Fantastic trip!! - Absolutely fantastic - so much more than anticipated. Warren was our driver and he was knowledgeable about every aspect of the mountains, geology, history..... And the long stopover at the Ice Fields was incredible and totally unexpected. I can't imagine a better way to get from Jasper to Banff! And an added bonus was that we were dropped off in front of our hotel. Extremely recommended!

Excellent tour giving you transport from Jasper to Banff - Excellent day with our great tour guide. Great timing of different sights, we’re so happy that decided to do this trip rather than drive or take standard bus, really allows all to enjoy day. Very informative and interesting guide.

Trip offers lifelong memories. - Fantastic experience. Being able to walk on a glacier was a once in a lifetime experience. The tour was worth doing for that alone! But there was so much more. Seeing different lakes, glaciers, mountains and hearing stories.

Unseen Weather event, but great bus driver - This is a bit of a tricky one to review. We woke up in Jasper on the 19th June with icy streets and snow covering cars.We were picked up for our trip to Lake Loiuse. We stopped at Athabasca Falls which by now was a winter wonderland.Thick snow everywhere and the ground covered in ice, freezing cold.Managed to get some nice photos. As an Aussie this weather was a bit of a novelty.Well the conditions got much worse. We ended up being stranded half way up the first pass for 1 and 1/2 hours. There were cars in ditches, horrendous conditions.Never seen so much snow and sleet in my life.(You can get some idea from the photos I uploaded what the weather was like)Eventually we got moving and at our accomadation around 4.30pm.The skywalk and Columbia icepack were cancelled of course.(You couldn't even see the skywalk when we drove past)I was so dissapointed to have missed these two activities but I understand it was no one's fault, you cannot help the weather. We had some really delicious sandwiches and snacks on the bus so no one went hungry or thirsty.I have since done the skywalk and icefields and had perfect weather so very happy about that.I guess the main object of my review is to praise the bus driver,I forget his name but he was wonderful. He kept everyone's spirits up and got us to our destination safely.(At one time we thought we may have to turn back)I just wish I remembered his name.I know the Sundog bus he drove did not have a wash room on it if that helps identify him,the other sundog bus did.I just hope you appreciate what a great employee you.Thank you
