Pathetic service and unprofessional rude drivers - Today I faced the most humiliating experiences of my life from the Basma Emaar transport company, bus#7595. Mannerless, illiterate, ruthless, rude and extremely unprofessional people. They don't know how to behave with people, specially females. First of all they arrived late for pickup from Madinah hotel ( waited for 5.5 hours). Somehow reached Makkah around 12am now the main drama starts of both so called drivers. Even though they saw us (whole time sitting in the bus) they completely ignored us and ignored our drop in location ( Al kiswa towers) on confrontation they blamed everything on us by saying they had called out hotel name which is a lie because everyone knows Al kiswa is located on a different side. How can you call out a name of a hotel not even located same place? stupid drivers only dropped passengers staying in hotels near Ibrahim Khalil road. Two passengers (me and mom) were left out on a location so far away from Al kiswa. We had to take a cab and paid 20 riyals. Though we had paid everything back home. Who is responsible for this? Can someone post this on their website. I know they did all this drama on purpose because they didn't want to drive that way (Al kiswa).
