Must do experience - Loved dressing up in Hanboks. The staff were friendly and spoke some English, there was a wide selection of beautiful Hanboks to choose from and the whole getting ready and return process was easy! Definitely recommend!

Great experience but needs English speaking staff(s) - Grrat experience, but if this is something ro be promoted on tripadvisor where lots of foreigners can see, they really should have someone who can speak English. I was having a hard time trying to communicate with the staffs there

You Can Find Better Places - We went to check out the place 2 hours before we actually wanted to wear the hanbok just to see their options and pick out what we wanted to wear. We left and came back and tried to talk to the staff about the hanging we had set aside. The staff seemed very annoyed and didn't want to help the group of foreigners. Out of the 5 of us only me and one other friend spoke enough Korean but still my group was constantly ignored or overlooked. When it came down to me getting an hanbok, it didn't fit me and no one offered to help. I read that this place had a lot of sizes, guess it wasn't all true. Sad to say my friends got to experience the only thing I came to Jeonju for during Chuseok while I sat alone. I didn't want to be the only one in the group walking around not wearing a hanbok. I also didn't have extra money to pay for a rental at a different place. I could not get my money back either. The people here didn't really seem to want to be bothered with helping foreigners. They just kind of pushed us out of the way. One person in my group was not tied correctly in her hanbok. If you choose to go here, do it with caution.
