• The Archaeological Site of Jerash - Begin your journey from your hotel in Amman, where you will be picked up for a one-hour drive to the site. The tour starts at the ancient Roman city of Jerash, passing through northern Jordanian villages, with insights into their customs and traditions. Upon arrival at the Jerash visitor center, guests will be directed to the ticket office. You will have up to 3 hours to explore the ancient Roman city of Jerash.

Jerash is steeped in history, offering the opportunity to discover its colonnaded streets, hilltop temples, amphitheater, public squares, plazas, and temples. It is one of the best-preserved classical sites, showcasing a rich and prosperous Greek and Roman heritage.

• Ajloun Castle - Following Jerash, enjoy a one-hour drive to the city of Ajloun to visit Ajloun Castle. Guests will be guided to the ticket office for a 90-minute tour of the castle.

This 12th-century fortress was constructed by Saladin’s forces against the Crusaders, strategically positioned to control the three main passages into northwest Jordan. This hilltop structure is a remarkable example of medieval Arab-Islamic military architecture. The towers, chambers, galleries, and staircases, along with the stunning surrounding scenery, are sure to captivate. Climb the tower to immerse yourself in the historical ambiance and enjoy the picturesque views of the Jordan Valley extending to the Dead Sea.

• Umm Qais - Continuing the tour, embark on a two-hour drive (with an option for a coffee break or lunch) to the city of Umm Qais. Guests will be directed to the ticket office, marking the end of the tour before returning to Amman.

Discover the ruins of the Decapolis city of Gadara, now known as Umm Qais. This site is remarkable for its contrast between Roman ruins and an abandoned Ottoman-era village. Enjoy breathtaking views from a unique vantage point, overlooking three countries: Jordan, Syria, and the Palestinian Territories.

After concluding the tour in Umm Qais, the journey back to Amman will take approximately two hours, ensuring a safe return to your destination in Amman.
