Worst experience in 15 years traveling - One of the worst experiences in 15 years of travel. I booked a transfer from Jericoacoara to Fortaleza with this company. The transfer should leave at 11 am. Around 11 am I sent the company if they will pick me up at 11. The next minutes I was waiting in front of my hotel, nothing happenend. During the next hour I sent more and more messages via Whatsapp, Instagram. Nobody answered. After 1,5 hours of waiting I was so afraid losing my international flight the same day in Fortaleza. Almost 2 horas later and after so many messages they answered. They forgot to pick me up, I cant believe. If I did not sent them messages, I would not mad it the same day to Fortaleza and
