Trip of a lifetime! - Avi was our driver and tour guide. Easy efficient pick up and drop off. This was a 'return' trip for me after 53 years. Avi made the trip live up to all my expectations and more. We covered the Sea Level pit stop on the way down to the rift valley from Jerusalem. The cable car ascent of Masada and Avi gave us just the right depth of insight without any stress or rush. Then our time at Kalil Beach for our float in the Dead Sea and our self-pasting with Dead Sea mud was the best! A once in a lifetime experience not to be missed. It was a humbling honour to be blazing the trail for the return of tourism to Israel after the devastation wrought on 7 October 2023.

Trip to masada and dead sea - Dan Porges was the best tour guide, he was very informative, this is our first tour in Jerusalem and we learned a lot from him. We really enjoyed this tour to masada and dead sea, everything was well organized, the ruins in masada national park are amazing, swimming in the dead sea was fun, we floated with no effort, science is proved with no doubt, we are happy we joined this tour.

This is a wonderful tour and I pray that Israel be able to offer this again in the near future. - Note: We went on this tour on 10/5, 36 hours before the Hamas attack. We really enjoyed the drive from Jerusalem and the stops that we made. Masada was a very interesting sight to behold. My only suggestion is to cut the time spent in Masada by about 30 minutes so you can spend that extra time at the Dead Sea. We got less than 30 minutes there, which was not enough. We floated in the sea for about five minutes and then had to get out and shower off to leave.

Dan Porges was a great guide at Masada - Great day, well-organized. The bus was not at the pick up hotel right when it was supposed to be, maybe 10 minutes late, which made us nervous, but they eventually arrived. Dan was a fun and knowledgable guide. The place where you go to the Dead Sea is a sort of private/public beach - a lot of stairs down to the sea, not the cleanest place I've gone into the Dead Sea from, but it was fine. Overall, recommended.

Bad experience! - This tour was badly organized .First we waited outside the hotel for an hour before we were picked up .No one knew where to go .We thought we were finally starting the trip .But we were taken to this hilly top where we waited another hour in a dingy cafe . The tour was rushed as it was getting late .For lunch everyone is taken to this awful resturant with chaos ,substandard food and fighting crowds . Before going into the resturant you have to go thru a shop and they push coupons to you to buy super expensive products . Guide did not have much knowledge or rather one sided knowledge .We were rushed thru Masada which was the main attraction .I asked him a couple of questions breaking his monologue. He did not like it and was very rude . Do not take this tour .If you do bring your own food . It was a waste of money .

Unreliable - The operator cancelled the tour 12 hours beforehand and all the others were booked. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The guide then did not return text messages. Stay away from this.

TRULY DISAPPOINTED! - Beyond disappointing! My son and I signed up for the Masada/Dead Sea tour. We only had one day to see these sights and we had many options, but chose Viator. We were left waiting in front of our hotel for an hour and the tour guide never showed up! We messaged the tour guide twice and he never responded. The Viator operator tried calling the driver and he never picked up the phone. My son was so disappointed as this was to be a highlight of our trip. We’re going back to the U.S. and do not know when the opportunity to return to Israel will be, if ever. I should have looked at the other one star reviews for this trip, but didn’t. Don’t trust this tour in booking this experience.

Dangerous and not reliable - I was picked up 1 hour later from the hotel During the waiting hour I didn't receive any text or email saying if the tour is cancelled or I still will be picked up After one hour we where dropped off near Western wall and where regrouping again which took another hour During the drive the driver of the bus and the tour guide where discussing the current political citation in Israel (I think it was in Hebrew or Arabic ) and the driver while driving was showing YouTube clips to the guide It was in time of unrest in Israel before the terrorists attack by Hamas We were brought for lunch to overpriced cafeteria with horrible food where they had beef stew on display but served you meat balls The most horrible and unpleasant experience during my whole trip
