Dead Sea experience - Very nice tour and experience for anyone to visit and experience the Dead Sea and Masada, nice to visit the Dead Sea ones at least before it disappears, since its shrinking 1 meter a year.

Dream trip! - Masada is a must! As a history buff, this was a dream! It was over 100 degrees but worth it. Cable car to the top. See everything and take it all in

In July the heat is hellish. - Historically indispensable, are places that have to be known. Both by natives and tourists. Sensational.

Trip of a lifetime! - Avi was our driver and tour guide. Easy efficient pick up and drop off. This was a 'return' trip for me after 53 years. Avi made the trip live up to all my expectations and more. We covered the Sea Level pit stop on the way down to the rift valley from Jerusalem. The cable car ascent of Masada and Avi gave us just the right depth of insight without any stress or rush. Then our time at Kalil Beach for our float in the Dead Sea and our self-pasting with Dead Sea mud was the best! A once in a lifetime experience not to be missed. It was a humbling honour to be blazing the trail for the return of tourism to Israel after the devastation wrought on 7 October 2023.

Waiting for refund of cancelled trip - The trip was canceled the day before. The tour operator instructed me to reach out to you Viator for a refund.. I emailed Viator with my booking info, and was told two days ago you will look into it. I am still waiting for my charge to be credited back and disappointed that there was no communication between theater and the tour operator regarding this cancellation and that I had to do this myself and have to now wait.. extremely disappointed

Unreliable - The operator cancelled the tour 12 hours beforehand and all the others were booked. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The guide then did not return text messages. Stay away from this.

TRULY DISAPPOINTED! - Beyond disappointing! My son and I signed up for the Masada/Dead Sea tour. We only had one day to see these sights and we had many options, but chose Viator. We were left waiting in front of our hotel for an hour and the tour guide never showed up! We messaged the tour guide twice and he never responded. The Viator operator tried calling the driver and he never picked up the phone. My son was so disappointed as this was to be a highlight of our trip. We’re going back to the U.S. and do not know when the opportunity to return to Israel will be, if ever. I should have looked at the other one star reviews for this trip, but didn’t. Don’t trust this tour in booking this experience.
