A Life Changing Experience - This tour was absolutely life changing for our family. We have been looking forward to a trip to Israel for years. This tour took us to Bethlehem and the Dead Sea. I highly recommend this tour company. Very professional. We had a fantastic and knowledgeable guide who gave an abundance of information about the history of Bethlehem. We got to see Jesus's birthplace which has a very special energy that was an amazing life experience. With MTT Magic Tours and Travel you can be ensured that you are in good hands and well taken care of. This service ensures everyone is safe, having fun, hydrated, and well fed. We really appreciate you Sam and will definitely book tours when we travel to Jordan, Egypt, or Dubai. Your fun energy kept our family on our feet and had us all in great spirits. THANK YOU!!!!

Wonderful Bethlehem/Jericho tour!!! - A wonderful and perfect half day tour to Bethlehem and Jericho. Our tour guide in Bethlehem, Abood aka ‘Uncle Abood’ was incredibly knowledgeable about the places we visited. Raed or Raza (Sp?) our driver was also very professional and explained all we needed to know to enjoy our day. Highly recommend. No meal stops so bring light snacks.

Highly recommend - Highly recommend! We had a great time on this tour. Sam (owner) was nice enough to come pick us up after a mishap with what was supposed to be a group tour for us. He ended up giving us a provate tour of the spots we wanted to see in the Palestian territory. Everything was very smooth, safe and efficient. Same was a very nice, friendly guide who served us well and is very knowledgable. He also went out of his way multiple times to take us to see things not on the intinerary (underground cave tour near Bethlehem).

Great tour, professional company, wonderful experience - We booked this tour 36 hours before our scheduled departure through TripAdvisor/Viator. (First time booking through them) There was a glitch of some sort between Viator and MTT. The morning of our pickup at the meeting point, no one showed up. I called the company to check on our tour pick up before all the other tours left. Within minutes, a sister tour company called out our name and we were asked to go along with them during the morning Bethlehem tour, then Sam would meet us after to take us on to do the rest of our tour. Our Bethlehem tour was fantastic. Boaz was our guide. We had a through tour of Bethlehem & fed many different treats and tastes along they way. After, we were driving toward the Dead Sea, where Sam met us along they way & we got to experience a private tour from there on out. To Jericho, Qasr Al Yahud Baptismal Site & the Dead Sea. Sam (the company owner) was quite apologetic over this misunderstanding and made sure we were well taken care of during the rest of our tour. We were on our time, not his ...... what was supposed to be a 6 hour day ended up being 9 so we were sure to see everything. Sam invited us out to lunch a few days later, a highlight our our trip! We were able to eat a traditional meal & meet some of his staff. I hope we made a life long friend. If we are ever in Israel again, I would definitely book with MTT, but book directly instead of through Viator.

Lunch with the Owner? - My Wife and I made a last minute reservation to travel to from Jerusalem to Bethlehem, Jericho, and the Dead Sea. While Boaz appeared to be our main guide for the trip, and had a wealth of knowledge and was more than happy to share it all, we actually had multiple guides during the tour who seemed to specialize in individual parts of the tour where they highlighted descriptions from both a Historical as well a Religious perspective. That allowed us to absorb both a Historical as well as a religious understanding of these special places certainly more than if we had experienced them on our own. After Bethlehem, there were some minor transportation issues which actually required the Owner of our tour company Sam, to meet our bus and pick us up to complete the balance of our tour. He spent the same amount of time we had been accustomed to with Boaz (who was incredible) describing the Historical places we were visiting and even went out of His way to assure that we got the awesome personal touch we had signed up for. At our last stop, we encountered a couple that had utilized a different tour company and now found themselves stranded at the Red Sea. Sam, overheard it and took the time to inquire about the situation. He then began to organize a resolve and even offered to bring them back to Jerusalem with us as we were heading that way. I was pretty impressed with the fact that it wasn't any of his doing but he still took the time and effort to take care of them. During our travels that day, My wife had discussed with Sam, how She enjoys experiencing local dining experiences rather than the tourist places when we travel. When he dropped us off, Sam said that He would like to show His appreciation for allowing Him to assist the other couple and share our private van. He invited us to join Him and his staff for their weekly lunch date for some local cuisine at their favorite restaurant. The next day, we spent several hours with Him and His staff, who he treated like Family, leaning about life in Israel, and what it was really like to live there. No doubt, this made it the Highlight of our trip. All I know, if I ever have problems while traveling abroad, I hope that I run into a good Samaritan like Sam who knows what it takes to be a good ambassador for their Country.

Jericho and Bethlehem - Sam was my guide. He was informative, interesting and able to discuss many topics. I can best describe my tour with Sam as a drive with a friend to off the beaten track locations to have experiences not generally available in most tours. Maylis at the office was great to deal with. My problem was solved quickly and effortlessly. I am happy to recommend this company.

Crazy pick up! - Your company said we would be picked up at 7:30AM. No one came even after we had verified location. Finally around 8:20 the bus driver called and told us to take taxi to another pick up place . Will they reimburse us?Probably not. Not impressed with this part of trip and will find another co. However, the guides were excellent.
