Fab Dead Sea Trip! - This trip was ideal! I had a 1230 slot and we got to the dead sea 45 mins later, so no slower than by taxi! The bus driver felt very competent to me, despite the Israeli traffic! We then had just under 3hrs before the return bus at 4pm, which I found was the ideal amount of time to spend there as a solo traveller. Towels were provided and entry to the beach resort was included in the fee, so this proved to be very cost effective. I asked to use one of the lockers at the Abraham hostel [which are free -- just a £/€1 deposit] which made my bag a lot lighter, though this wasn't actually necessary as there were lockers for ~3$ at the resort. There are plenty of showers and drinking water taps even at beach side, so there is no need to bring excessive bottled water either! All in all, loved this trip, and made a few friends on the bus too 😇

Wonderful Dead Sea Experience - The most memorable part of the experience was going into the water of the Dead Sea and being able to float without effort. The Dead Sea is a very remarkable experience and it was wonderful to be there and to feel what it was like to be in the lowest elevation of the world.

Great afternoon at the Dead Sea - Samuel was punctual and gave great background & history of the Dead Sea and how it is disappearing. I am sorry I didn't have more time to do more tours with this group.

Our family enjoyed so much on this tour! - Our tour guide Zahi Shaked is highly recommended! Not only he gives us a knowledge of where we're going but he also gives us stories and facts that makes this tour more informative. Our family learned a lot of this, from food to culture. Truly recommended!

Would highly recommend - Really enjoyed this trip as it offered a nice relaxing chilled day. Entrance fee included, along with towels. The sea was nice and warm. I loved floating in the dead sea. The mud was very refreshing and has many health benefits. We were at the Kalia Beach and it had ample of amenities, with showers, changing rooms, shops, bars & restaurants. The sea is very salty so be careful it does not get into your eyes. The walk down to the sea and back up again, may be tiring for those with disabilities etc. We stayed at St George's Pilgrim Guest House Hotel. Shivte Israel station stop is only 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. This was were we caught the tram/the light railway, which was 11 minutes away from Davidka station stop. Our pickup location - Abraham Jerusalem Hostel was only 3 minutes walk away from Davidka. The staff at the Hostel were very helpful and kind. We were allowed to wait inside the hotel (avoiding the hot sun) until our pick up. Two times to choose from 9am or 12.30pm. With return pick up from the beach at 4pm back to Abraham Jerusalem.

Afternoon at the Dead Sea - Our time at the Dead Sea was wonderful except for the maniac bus driver who took us there. Terrible driver, lucky we got out alive.
