Insightful experience that enhanced my stay in Israel - An excellent tour with Bein Haim Tourism Services. Mr. Udi was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide imparting insightful information on the people, historic sites, and current day events . The tour was well organized, with sufficient time to explore the different sights we were visiting. Lunch was hearty and culturally stimulating. Fantastic Tours - The tours are amazing. The guides are very knowledgeable and include a lot of information I did not expect. This is the only way to really see the sights in Israel. Also very efficient at picking you up and dropping you off before and after the tours

Private tour - Great Experience - Highly recommend Itamar - Best tour guide I’ve ever experienced! Itamar’s passion, knowledge and ability to customise a tour to an audience’s preference made this the most memorable and enjoyable tour I’ve been on - I can’t recommend Itamar enough and after experiencing tours all over the world, I speak with certainty that anyone and everyone would absolutely enjoy being guided by Itamar regardless of their destination or travel goals!

Good but needs improvement - Enjoyed the Jerusalem trip. Very informative and I thought it was well organised. Tour guide was amazing. Bethlehem trip was less enjoyable. There were non english speaking group that joined us later on that everything said was repeated in other language. This normally dont bother me but it ate up alot of time that we werent able to go to some sites indicated.
We were told that we were going to stop for souvernir shopping (which we expected) and encourage to buy there to help community.. i wish i didnt wait for that place as it was a tourist trap. I wish id bought whatever along the way for a fraction of price.
We had a good day but improvement in organising the Bethlehem bit would improve tourist experience

Jerusalem and Bethlehem - This is a great tour if you like big tour groups, waiting for buses and people, not able to hear guide due to so many people and only having a short time at main attractions.

If you’re Christian stay away, you’ll be disrespected and humiliated - We took this tour a few years back and it popped up on my past bistro bookings today, reviving the trauma. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a tour. The tour guide looked at us with disgust when he found out we are Orthodox Christian (we did the mistake of sharing with him) and he even refused to shake our hand (like he did with all other passengers) at the end of the tour. We felt humiliated, disrespected and disgraced for the entirety of the tour and couldn’t wait for it to end.

Scam - I waited at the pickup point with several other international travelers for two hours and nobody showed up or answered the phone or replied to texts. I want my money refunded.

Cancelled voucher - Trip cancelled before even going apparently due to conflict. During this time, you shouldn’t take our money until you know for sure we are going. Now I have to wait for a refund.

Too large group - I found the tour very annoying. There were about 40 of us and we often had to wait for the toilet. We were at the Western Wall for about 5 minutes and the guide's information was very unstructured. The guide on the Bethlehem tour was great.
