Highly recommended! Do it! - This tour was amazing, truly one of a kind and exceeded my expectation. The tour guide, Nizar Ali, made it a 6-star…too bad I can’t put 6-star. Highly recommended. But must warn you: it’s hot.

Wonderful - Amazing trip. They quickly take you from each amazing location to the next and make sure you get the most out of your time. Border crossing handled well. Visar was a great guide, thank you!

Great Trip - Lots Packed Into a Short Time - My wife and I joined this tour in February 2022. It was a memorable tour. The value is quite good. It is not a private tour, so you will be travelling with many other people. The company tries to maximize the number of people on the bus, which is understandable/reasonable. The trip involves a LOT of driving in a short period, but you will see Aqaba, Wadi Rum, beautiful rural spots in Jordan and Petra and then return to Jerusalem all in a 48 hour period. It is a pretty intense itinerary but that is to be expected. This is something you could not do on your own! So be ready for a lot of driving. Highlights included the jeep tour in Wadi Rum, the overnight camp in Wadi Rum (we didn't upgrade and found the "standard" arrangement to be excellent, but people who upgraded were happy as well). Make sure you read Tourist Israel's clear guidelines about what you need to bring with you to cross the Israel/Jordan border, as there are fees and cash is the best way to pay. The company has reps on both sides of the border to help you through (you must cross on foot). The tour will take you to an ATM in Aqaba if you want to obtain Jordanian dinars (obviously the best currency to use in Jordan). Our guide (Mithqal) was excellent and he had a good sense of humor.

Trip of a Lifetime! - Our experience was amazing! Wadi Rum was an unexpected pleasure especially our stay at the Bedoin Camp. We upgraded to the Martian Tent- igloo and it was totally worth it. Karem, our guide was professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious he enjoyed sharing his culture. The drive was long from Jerusalem but the driver was very safe and careful. I highly recommend this journey.

Great way to see wadi rum and Petra - Very well organised at the border both sides; the drivers were also good as well was the guide who seemed to be able to answer any question thrown at him.
What was bad was the last meal near Petra at sand and stone, incredibly bland tasteless food which was a pity because the rest of the trip the food was v good.

Great trip for short people. - The jeep experience in Wadi Rum was amazing and the camel ride was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Petra took my breath away and was the highlight of the trip. The border crossing was easier than expected but the bus ride from Jerusalem to the border was horrendous. The seats have NO leg room. I was fortunate enough to get an aisle seat so i could hang my legs in the aisle because they wouldn't fit between the seats. It was a miserable 5 hour trip to the border crossing.

Great trip, awful company - Petra and Wadi Rum are beautiful. We liked the hotels in the tour (camp in Wadi Rum and a night in Petra). Our guide, Ahmed, didn’t seem to have too much information about the sites and in general was not a good leader for the group, and ignored most of our questions (especially women’s). They took us to expensive restaurants and souvenir shops (TOURIST TRAPS). They made us pay a ridiculous amount for a lunch in Aqaba after spending the whole night in a bus and being tired and confused. We thought it was abusive. The worst part was the bus on the way to Eilat, which was 40 minutes late and the driver or the guide that helped us cross the border didn’t give us any information or instructions. We enjoyed our experience, but I would not travel with Tourist Israel again, as they are insulting their own customers.

Seems dodgy and like a scam - Seems like a scam??? A really disappointing experience. Our travel from Jerusalem to Aqaba was all over the place and it seems they just take your money and then go and contract other, cheaper providers to do the work - while making a huge profit for doing nothing. Our shuttle to Aqaba was chaotic, people were left on the side of the road, we stopped unnecessarily in the middle of the night, some people didn't know where they were going and thought they were on the wrong bus. I tried to talk to Tourist Israel about this but they refuse to engage - it all seems dodgy and underhand

Missing refund! - While sympathizing with the business operators on the ongoing unrest in Israel, I will not hesitate in pointing out their poor practice in issuing refunds. They still owe us a portion of our refund.
My wife purchased a tour (booking number TI22710933) for our family of wife. We obviously cancelled it. We were expecting that in compliance with their published refund policy they would deduct 5% and return us the remaining amount.
In reality they still owe us $634 of the estimated refund.
They do not realize that this is not a negligible amount and that they must keep their end of the bargain. My wife has written them several emails but has not received any response other than the bot-generated response.
I am not here to malign them, but I think after having waited for over 3 months it's about time, they either tell us that they are giving us back our money or be bold and brazen enough to tell us that we should forget about it.
BUSINESS OWNERS, PLEASE ADDRESS SO THAT WE SO NOT PERMANENTLY SHY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU.

Irresponsible Operator who should be avoided - Do not use Tourist Israel!
Absolutely, go see Wadi Rum and Petra but Tourist Israel does not care about the safety of their participants.
On our return trip, the roads were flooded and we were told that it would be impossible for us to go to Jerusalem until the next day. Obviously, not their fault but their appalling response leaves no doubt that you should avail yourself of the various other operators.
Upon reaching the road block, they rerouted the bus to a mall and had us wait for about an hour and half. In that time, they cooked up a plan so halfbaked and callous that it is hard to believe.
They told us that the roads were going to be closed until the next morning and that our return bus would leave at 830am
They then dropped us on the side of the road and sent everyone off. The company's representative went home and everyone was left to fend for themselves.
They refused to pay for or even coordinate sleeping arrangements, basically leaving 50 people on the street.
Even though the government opened up shelter for people stranded in Eilat they did not take people there. Only when guests refused to leave the safety of the bus for the unknown of a city street did the police arrive and share that there was a shelter.
The next morning, the bus was not there at 8:25. I called and they explained that it would now be leaving at 10am. This lack of communication and previous breaches of trust left us with no confidence they would deliver so we ended up taking an Egged bus as a return.
They should be ashamed but I don't think they are.
Stay away!
