Expectations exceeded!!! Extremely recommended! - The tour with Hazem was incredible. He exceeded my expectations in many ways (stories on side, authentic connection to local culture and history, Feeling extremely safe even in Hebron, clean car, local food places.. etc.). I highly recommend to book a Tour with Hazem when being in Palestine!

A unique opportunity to understand the West Bank - There's no doubt about it: Hazem knows the region better than anyone. He can discuss geopolitics, religion and everyday life in a very educational way. Despite some personal concerns about the political context, I never felt in any danger. I'll remember for the rest of my life what I've seen and the people I've met thanks to Hazem. I encourage anyone who has the opportunity to travel in the region to take advantage of his knowledge! Thank you Hazem!

The best experience EVER!!! - We (a family of 4) really enjoyed our private tour with Hazem. It was very easy to communicate with him by email from the very beginning. Hazem was very quick and clear in his replies to our queries. He was also very flexible when we wanted to change some of our itineraries, and to add more stops along the route. In the end, we did a one-day Ramallah/Jericho tour, and wish we had more time to go to some other highlights in beautiful Palestine with him. The best thing about Hazem is that, he is a very intelligent and knowledgeable guide. We asked many questions about history, politics and culture, and he was able to give us deep insights in our discussions. We came away from the tour with a better understanding of the country from a localā€™s perspective. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Hazemā€™s service, and we have no hesitation in recommending him as a guide to all visitors. We have no doubt that he will give you a 5-star service as what he had given us.

Private tour to Bethlehem and ā€œoccupiedā€ Territories - One of the best tours weā€™ve ever taken. Hasam personalized our tour to include places tourists are usually unable to access. Occupied territories, places like Hebron and surrounding areas under complex access requirements. We had an extended day, including major Bethlehem sites. Hasam is an extremely experienced local, speaking perfect English. Well worth the cost. Also got us last minute into The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem, helping us understand Palestinian refugee issues for the first time..

Incredible day trip with a wonderful guide - My mother, sister and I did a day trip with Hazem and we could not recommend him enough. He is a wonderful, friendly and passionate guide. It was an incredible tour: insightful, interesting and importantly we felt safe the entire time. Hazem had an incredible amount of knowledge and was able to answer every one of our questions throughout the day. He also took us to one of the best places for lunch. Thank you so much for a wonderful day :) it was so lovely to meet you and spend the day exploring Bethlehem with you.

The best tourguide in Palestine - Hazem is a very smart tourguide. He knows nearly everything about every single stone in Palestine and surrounded areas. Itā€™s easy to talk with him and he is very good in explaining (sometimes in a funny way:)), because he is an excellent (and openminded!) Englishspeaker. Thank you so, so much for this unforgettable experience, Hazem.
