Upon arrival, stroll along the old town and learn about the Wuzhen’s history from your guide. Enjoy a local lunch and then take a relaxing boat ride along the canals in the afternoon. You can take some nice photos in this charm-laden town. Browse around the narrow, cobbled pathways and cross stone-arched bridges.
- Xitang Ancient Town - In the late afternoon, transfer to Xitang, a over 2,000 years delightful water village. The sunset here is amazing! Your guide will share with you about Xitang’s importance as a window into traditional life around the River Yangtze. As you wander, see some of the sites used as locations in the 2006 movie, Mission Impossible III, starring Tom Cruise. Lastly, have a romantic dinner right by the riverside and overlook the entire ancient town when lights on at night.
After dinner, you can take a walk to see the local shops and bars to experience the night life here. When your tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Shanghai city. i.

Day trip Wuzhen and Xitang Water Town - Great day trip. The views are great. Caroline is friendly and very knowledgeable.
Love her attitude. Really made our trip so memorable.
Both destinations were so beautiful. Very peaceful & learned slot. The Xi tang at night is so beautiful

Beautiful Wuzhen and Xitang - We had had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Caroline who is always attentive and cheerful. We enjoyed the trip immensely and learned a lot about the lives and culture of the people. We also took boat rides along the canal which were so nice. The meals provided were simply delicious! Overall, an experience not to be missed.

Worth the trip outside Shanghai - What a great day! Caroline was a fantastic guide. The restaurants and food she chose were perfect. We had a wonderful time exploring the two water towns. We were able to go at our own pace to shop and explore. She also is an excellent photographer and helped us capture the memories.
I would highly recommend this excursion.

Great day! Highly recommend! Thanks Caroline! - We had a magical day with Caroline at the two water towns. We drove two hours from Shanghai and stopped for a delicious lunch before going to the first water town. Caroline has perfect English and a very bubbly personality. She is delightful. She took lots of pictures of us and answered our many questions. The day before our tour, Alana communicated with us and found out we needed to be back at the hotel to get to the airport. She offered to take us to the airport after the second Watertown and that was way above and beyond what we expected. She also suggested we go a little later in the day so we could see the second Watertown all lit up. It was fantastic. We rode the boat at both Watertowns and enjoyed that so much. Our driver was great too! It’s quite tricky getting through the congestion and he did it masterfully. It was an absolutely fantastic day!

Excellent tour and perfectly planned - We had a very enjoyable time in Wuzhen and Xitang. Especially the night time experience in Xitang. Our guide Kimi was knowledgeable, accommodating and spoke English well. The lunch and dinner provided was top class - the food was tasty and we noticed that locals also dined there. Definitely well chosen dining venues. We had a comfortable Tesla car for the tour and the arrangement was seamless end to end. The tour coordinator Alana reached out upon confirmation and arranged everything perfectly. Highly recommended!

Watertown Adventure Near Shanghai - What a hidden gem of a tour! Our guide, Caroline, is amazing! She chose the best lunch and dinner places for us. If you ever wanted to see a couple of cute water towns… this is the tour to book. We walked around and took a couple boat rides in town. Did a little bit of shopping. Learned the history of the town… everything you would expect from a guided tour… it was provided.

A wonderfull day and evening in Wuzhen and Xitang - We had a wonderfull trip to Wuzhen in the day time and Xitang in the evening. Its a perfect combintation since we got to ser the beautifull canals, lanterns and buildings in a different light. and atmosphere. Our guide Jane and driver mr. Chen was very pleasant company and we felt very well cared for in any aspects.
