Under the guidance of an English-speaking instructor, you will engage in Taichi exercises. The instructor will provide hands-on direction for approximately two hours. During this session, you will be introduced to fundamental Taichi techniques, learning to synchronize your breathing with your movements, including the appropriate times to inhale and exhale, as well as the rhythm of your breath.
By mirroring the instructor’s movements and using a mirror for comparison, you will be able to see and correct any discrepancies in your form.
The session will also cover strategies for incorporating Taichi into your ongoing wellness routine.

Whether in the training area or the picturesque rooftop garden, you will learn Taichi by imitating the instructor’s moves to the rhythm of traditional Chinese Guzhen music. With the practice mirrored by the instructor in front of you and a large mirror reflecting your movements, it ensures a quick correction of any incorrect gesture.
Besides mastering the right moves, you will also learn to regulate your breathing during the session and acquire valuable insights to help you practice Taichi on normal days.
