Turmi - The driver will meet you at Jinka Airport and pick you up. After the pickup, you will head to Jinka Town for lunch before continuing the journey towards Turmi, with a stop at the vibrant Alduba Banna Tribal weekly market. Here, you can experience the best of local market activities. After spending ample time at the market, the journey continues towards Turmi. Upon arrival, you will visit one of the largest Hamar Tribal Villages. You will have the opportunity to learn about the unique cultural lifestyle of the Hamar tribe and share experiences with the villagers. Omorate - After breakfast, you will pack your bags and continue the journey to Omorate. Upon arrival, the first stop will be the Immigration Office for passport and name registration. Then, you will drive to the Omo River bank to cross the river by traditional boat. After crossing, a 5-minute walk will take you to the village. You will have the freedom to walk around and learn about the unique aspects of the tribal village. After immersing yourself in the Dassanach culture, you will return to Turmi for lunch, crossing the river back to the car. After lunch, you will drive straight to Keyafer for the weekly colorful market, where you can experience the traditional market and local activities of the Banna/Tsemay people. If time permits, you will visit another untouched market of the Maale tribe; otherwise, you will drive to Jinka for overnight accommodation and dinner. Overnight in Jinka.

Jinka - Mago National Park - Omo-Murssi Tribal Village

Mago National Park - Early in the morning, before breakfast, you will drive through Mago National Park, where you can see some of the park’s wildlife, such as Greater and Lesser Kudu, Dik Dik, Baboons, and Gazelle. After crossing the park, you will reach the Omo Murssi Village, known for its iconic tribal identity in the Omo Valley, Ethiopia, and the world. The Murssi tribe is known for the women’s lip plates and body scarifications, which are symbols of beauty and family heritage. After enjoying your visit to the Omo Murssi, you will stop at a scenic viewpoint in the park for coffee, tea, and snacks. From there, you will drive straight to Jinka for a lunch break before heading to Jinka Airport for your flight back to Addis Ababa. End of an amazing 4-day Omo Valley tour.
