Good Joburg tour with an excellent Soweto tour - The tour delivers what it says or promises! Good, clean bus and stopping at the stops. The audio was very good, clear and informative. The Soweto tour was excellent, though you really need more than 2 hours to do a proper visit of Soweto. But this tour gives you a good flavour. The tour guide (can't remember his name, but his driver was called Linder) was a resident of Soweto and he made it all very exciting. Well done!

the perfect day in the city of gold - My son and I had a wonderful day, filled with great insight and friendly guides/drivers. I would advise everyone to get the tour, whether you live in Johannesburg or you're just passing by, especially if you have pre-teenagers or teenagers, because it is fun and educational. We will be going again very soon!

Blissful - The first house and the first car of the late president Mandela and the history enthuastically articulated. The female prison.

Definitely do the Soweto bit - Great day yesterday, first on the bus from Rosebank at 9am. Felt very safe the whole trip. The Soweto add on was definitely the highlight, our guide was fantastic too! All the staff were great, so helpful & friendly. Only got off once on the Joburg part, at the Apartheid Museum.

Joburg visit well but Soweto visit insufficient and disappointing - Visiting Jburg is good for an idea of the city Soweto disappointing in the tour because we do not enter the ghetto at least on the edge and we do not notice anything The same view we found him from the road by car leaving Jburg Mandela's house paying

Great Trip, don't try and use discount from other trips - Great way to get your bearings and see parts of the city you wouldn't normally visit. We tried to use the discount offered if you bring the tickets from another red bus tour, but you can't use them on package deals. Would only recommend a one day basic tour if you're planning to use the discount.
